I placed an order and I guess I was fortunate because I did receive my order but one month later they charged me again for the same products obviously I did NOT place another order and they auto signed me up for subscription order which I cancelled but they still charged me. So now I have to spend my precious time fighting to get may money back. I suggest you stay away from these scammers. Do Not Order

I am so disappointed in this company gentle oasis because they should not be in business. They are not responding to any of my messages. I placed an order on September 11, 2024 it is now September 22nd and no tracking number and still no response. I've left messages through email and on their instagram account, and I am very disappointed with this company!! If they are not able to fulfill orders they should not be taking people money. I also did some research and saw that other customers have had bad experiences like this as well. People stating that they waited over a month and still didn’t receive their order.

Product was a waste and a disappointment! My hair started growing back within two days!! Didn't last long at all! Shaving lasted longer than this product.

I would give 0 stars if possible terrible customer service tracking order does not work and nobody responds to messages or emails there’s no contact number. This is definitely a scam. Try to support your own and this is what they do!!!!

This company is a bunch of crooks. They take your money and don’t send you the product. I’ve reached out several times and no one has responded. Don’t waste your money!!!!

Ordered the dark spot remover, which I’ve purchased multiple times before. However, this last batch I received, the product was VERY oily, even after mixing the oil separates from the cream all over again. I’ve reached out to customer service multiple times, zero response. Unfortunately I’ll be taking my claim to BBB to get my money back. Hopefully I’ll find a resolution there!

It’s been weeks since order was placed. Company never sent my order. I am unable to reach anyone for an update. Requested my refund via email, received no response. Total scam

I purchase on the May 6 and I have it to receive an order number or tracking number. I will be reporting this company to the BBB. DO NOT PURCHASE from this company. I will also be going on all platforms to blast this company being a SCAM!!

I purchased products from this company & canceled my subscription but they are STILL CHARGING MY CARD !!! There’s no contact info. They don’t reply to emails. They don’t reply via social media !! This may be a “legit scam” site

I purchased the Gentleoasis hair removal and it is a waste of money. This product DOES NOT WORK. I used it 3 times and experimented after following the directions because it didn't work. Still a failure and also the smell is horrible. This product needs to be removed for false advertisement and it’s a scam.

I really hate doing this but… this product is a no for me. I feel like I was scammed. The product reads as an all natural hair removal but in actuality, it’s really magic shave that they have masked with faintly.

I am not pleased with the product at all.

READ the return policy before buying. This company is deceptive and will NOT offer refunds under any circumstance Their hair removal cream is advertised as having no harsh smell. Once opened the smell is so strong and overwhelming you have to close the lid. Buy Nair or Veet, cheaper, won’t kill your sinus and get the job done.

I ordered the Brighten Up kit along with the lip mask. It took longer than expected to receive which I was fine with. The products arrived in my mailbox damaged. They did not bubble wrap or seal the intimate scrub or the dark spot corrector, just put it all in one shipping bag. They are also in plastic containers which aren’t very durable. The top broke on the intimate scrub causing a good amount to spill out and the bottom broke off the dark spot corrector causing most of it to leak out of the jar. When I opened my mailbox, there was a mess inside with the products leaking on the other mail. I have emailed them on 06/03 when I received the damaged and messy package and tried to get in contact via PayPal and I have not received a response. The scrub is now dried out because of the broken top and being exposed to air. I refuse to use the other products because I now want my money back. I was ok with replacement product but due to their lack of concern in packaging and their lack of response I’d just like to move on. Sad. I really wanted to like their products and support their company.

Product was sent out and all product was not delivered company told me themselves they send my other products out never sent my products and I paid for them , I would not trust them also there no where on the site to write review which make me wondering how they got and reviews poping up on the site

I bought Papaya soup from Gentle Oasis. I literally buy one a month. This is a very good organic soup. My girl also has bought some skincare products from here and has had a good experience. I recommend this company as a legit company.
