If you've got a problem with product bought on a third party site like Amazon or Ebay, you should contact them and ask for a refund. In law, your contract is with the person that sells you the product.

My wife paid £20, which is an immediate red flag. Companies such as these mass produce and have no intention of resolving issues.

May 2019 I received the Etereuty 4 in 1 Women's Electric Razor from Amazon. A year later, the charging cradle stopped working. I went to their website and saw that they have a 2-year warranty and still sell the razor that I bought a year ago. CS claimed that they only have a 1-year warranty and no longer sell the product. When I sent links proving otherwise from their website, I received no response.

2 days & my order is at my front door. Free shipping too! They've got the hugest selection of items. So easy to shop.

Scam, Rip Off
They don't respond to emails to resolve issues. They sent the wrong item. Emailed them few times the latest June 6 and until now June 22 no response. Beware.

SCAM....RIPOFF....placed order April 23, finally received tracking number April 29th after emailing...however, product was supposedly picked up but never delivered to USPS? I've tried calling and emailing. Phone call disconnects after 2 minutes and no email response. I want a refund of $52.99 which they took out of my account immediately. Bad company!

This company 'Etereauty" is a total scam. I ordered 2 woman electric razors on May 4th. They charged my card $53.98 immediately. I was waiting and waiting for a tracking email and nothing. I called and spoke to a lady that I could barely understand. Said that I would be receiving tracking on Ma 22nd. This day came and went and no email. I called like 10 times and was not able to get a hold of no one. I called again today 5/27 and am am not able to get a hold of anyone. This is very frustrating. I have also emailed their customer service and no luck either. What a SCAM. I want my money back on my credit card. Be ware when ordering from this website. You will be better off ordering from Walmart.My order # is 107731588606858 for $53.98

I ordered a 5 in 1 groomer and after several weeks asked them to just return my money. They ignored me, so I purchased one from Wal-Mart...easy. Then, I asked this weird company if I could return my purchase since it was within the two weeks that they say returns are acceptable. No word. Guess I will sell it on eBay and never, ever do business with this company again.

I think this used to be a decent company but I just had the same experience as these recent others. I ordered and then got a receipt and then nothing. Customer service does not exist. The company that makes the product shows the item as out of supply and won't be any til June or July. Etereauty can get away with this. Not much you can do if your status is inbetween anything and they can keep you there without any notice. Maybe it will get sent in a few months and maybe you just lost your money. They are pretty good at just keeping it just within legal boundaries. Only thing you can do is make your voices heard.

Edit: Etereauty after seeing this post, has finally replied with a screenshot of a refund to my card. Your voices can make a difference.

This company is a scam. Ordered 4/23, they took the money from my account after creating a fedex label but never delivered the order. Have called for the last week and 1/2 and the calls keeps dropping and not respond to email. Will stay away from this company. Never again

Guess I got scammed, ordered a beard shaver 10 days ago and no follow up email on order or delivery and they won't answer customer service emails or phone calls

I also ordered clippers from Etereauty and was billed, but no confirmation of shipment. Weeks later, I sent multiple emails and have never heard from them. When calling their customer support number, I get put on hold and then the call is disconnected every single time!

I was scammed by this company, ordered hair clippers and canceled after nor receiving any confirmation on shipment. They haven’t refunded my card after multiple calls and emails this is ongoing and has already been a month. Stay away from this Scam , I don’t believe it’s a legitimate company and should be looked into from bbb.

Last month, I ordered a hair cutting kit. I received an order number. According to the web site, this product normally ships in three to five business days. My email from them said I would receive shipping details as soon as my payment was confirmed. That was FIVE weeks ago!!

Every other web site says that this type of product is out of stock and they do not know when or if it will be back in stock. Etereauty has nothing to indicate that they do not have the product. They still claim that it ships in three to five business days. I have sent two inquiries and received nothing back.

I ordered a shaver feb 4. I have no tracking number or product. I sent two emails . No response...

I have ordered that 4 in1 razor on November 28th. I have yet to receive a tracking number on if it shipped. I also sent two emails to customer support and nothing. It seems like the website is t working either today

I like to sleep with earplugs in so that I am not awakened by my roommate in the morning. They block out the sound well - similar to other standard foam-type earplugs that I've tried before. .It's much much quieter when the ear plugs are applied correctly. Highly recommended!

I found this website because I need a facial brush for my travels. I compared the look and reviews of products from other similar sites and decided to buy on this site. I got the parcel 2-3 days after I placed the order (lol, I forgot the specific time, it was about 2 months ago) and the packaging was intact and not damaged. I bought 2 batteries and tried it, it works very well. In the beginning, my battery was installed incorrectly, I contacted the customer service, and the customer service quickly helped me answer the question. Very happy with the service and product.
