My beautiful colossal knit arrived very speedily only a few days after ordering. It was packaged exquisitely with a card signed by the lovely lady who knitted it. To say I was extremely pleased is an understatement. Beautiful garment extremely high quality that is a one off. Can't wait to wear it. I highly recommend this company

Fantastic cardigan better than I even expected

My Daydream cardigan is beautiful. It was beautifully packed in its box so it arrived safely, I love it!! Size wise, I’m normally a size10/12 and the medium/large size fits me perfectly with enough room to close at the front.

The product when it arrived was fab. I had to pick it up 13 days after you shipped it to Ireland. Your team said the delivery was 'out of your control'... this cardigan cost a lot of money( to me at any rate), and the customer care element of your operation needs a lot of work. For future customers please be aware Fedex customer service will only speak to account holders so maybe your team could help out in that regard. For a premium priced item, your customer care is appalling. So sorry to have to write this.

It's always difficult for me to pick a size from any online merchant the first time.

I chose the black wool cardigan in M/L even though I'm 5'4" 110 pounds because I wanted to be able to close it like a jacket with some large vintage brass laundry tags and I like an over-size look. And I asked for and was given the height of the model and the size she was wearing.

The wool was the softest I've ever felt in my life! The over-size look was perfect. But the cardigan had unexpected heft and weight, which detracted from the overall experience. The heft was mainly under the arms and made me wonder how a lighter-weight wool underneath or somehow foreshortening the stitching around the armpits might look. (I do not know the first thing about stitchery.)

Don't get me wrong. The crafts(wo)manship by Lucinda was stellar; customer service was terrific (received it much faster than I had expected); and I'll definitely return.

But indicating the height of the model, a full-body shot and the size she's wearing should be a mandatory part of every description for comparison. And the finished weight of the garment should also be disclosed.
