This was my 2nd piece furniture ordered. Furniture arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The furniture was also a better price on the hopo website than elsewhere. Will definitely recommend them

Very quick to reply when hoping for a sale, but unresponsive when there is a problem. I ordered the Sophia dining table and 10 chairs, the colour shown on their website is light in colour, the table and chairs I have received is completely different - a dark walnut! I ensured someone was here to receive the furniture as personally could not be present. Following two emails sent, I have received no response at all and now 5 days past. Yet they quote 'our goal is to make sure that every purchase is a happy one.' Unless you can visit the store, I would avoid purchasing online!

Well impressed with this lot. Lots of good stuff on their website, easy to order, immediate response post ordering which was very friendly and accommodating when arranging delivery. Lovely piece of furniture turned up when it was supposed to this morning, fully assembled and delivered by two friendly and helpful delivery guys. What’s not to like.

Great prices and excellent service.

Company responsive to my query re delivery timescale. Furniture arrived on agreed date. Would have been helpful if delivery staff unpacked the items.
Unfortunately a few issues with the items. Pictures emailed to the company on day of delivery but no response as yet. Company rang me this morning and hpeful will get issues sorted quickly.

Great to find a company that really cares about the customer experience and go the extra mile to help answer questions and give a good experience from start to delivery. We’ve been searching for bedside tables for ages and we finally found the perfect ones. Hopo has a great selection of quality furniture.

We waited until we could find what we were looking for below our budget point. So, with a discount code we managed to purchase a G Plan dining table and chairs at a price we were happy with. Hopo we had never heard of, however a quick a Google search and we were confident. We have/had a couple of holidays booked so the delivery had to be within a certain timeframe. Spoke to Steve and all good. Delivery via a third party which I will review separately. Whenever I spoke to Hopo I was always left feeling I was listened too and things would get done. We would recommend Hopo without hesitation.
