Hostpapa acquired Hostwinds. As soon as they did, Hostwinds’ service has been absolutely unacceptable. They provided no prior notice of the server downtime, which directly impacted our operations, and their support team has been unresponsive and unhelpful. This level of service and lack of communication are completely unacceptable for a business-critical hosting provider.

Hector Santamaria was a pleasure to work with. He was patience with me and walked me through multiple layered issues with my email setup. I was having difficulty with the responses from putting in a ticket request, the follow up time period was horrible. In my frustration, I sought out a number to speak with a LIVE HUMAN and Hector did not disappoint. I wish I had a direct number for him to be my go-to guru from now on.

Host Papa is the best hosting provider I have used, and their prices are very affordable. Their customer service is outstanding - the staff are technically skilled, knowledgeable and always willing to help. I have purchased their services many times, and every time their team has been excellent. A special thank-you to Mr. jerico for his exceptional support and professionalism.

The HostPapa support team is incredibly knowledgeable and responsive. They provided step-by-step instructions to help me resolve my issue and provided a detailed explanation for why I was having the issue. I really appreciate that they didn’t just fix the problem, but they educated me as well.

Jessica V's tech support in live chat was excellent. very patient and clear, considering I had no idea how to fix my issue before connecting with her. together she helped me resolve my issue and everything is running smooth now.

Had a technical issue with our website that I didn't know how to handle. (I'm not an IT expert). Contacted HostPapa and asked for their help. The problem was sorted out very quickly by Bahaeddine C - much to my relief!

I have been a customer with, first “Jumpline”, & what has become now “HostPapa” since 2003, 23 years.
I haven’t had any complaints till now. Starting a little over a month ago I wasn’t able to edit my website through the cPanel and was told the scripts had been disabled. Over the course of a month I was told it was fixed, I would log in and all was ok. Go back a week later, a repeat with assurances that the issue was resolved & it will not happen again. This happened repeatedly over the course of a month. Now, currently, I log in, scripts disabled. Finally after a month & half I’m told that “SitePad” (software I used for my website) will no longer be supported by “HostPapa” & to upgrade to a VPS Plan or rebuild from scratch a new website using “Wordpress”.
I had just paid for my shared server plan for the year on Oct 1st!!! No notifications, nothing! Why wasn’t I informed of this situation?
Now I either have to be FORCED to upgrade or go back & build an entirely new website.
As an individual who is not a professional web designer, but a professional artist who just wants to have a web presence, I find this sort of business practice distasteful, & frankly wrong.
I am presently waiting for Sales to contact me with the cost of the VPS upgrade, so I can continue with the website I had built over many, many hours & if it’s within my budget, or start a new website from scratch with Wordpress. This takes me away for many hours from my fine art studio.
I would expect some compensation from “HostPapa”, but I don’t see that in the future…
I will not be recommending your services.

The service is real. Lucas did a great job. Hostpapa, however, needs to check their pricing with their competitiors.

Lucas was quick to understand my issue regarding mail delivery failure for forwarded email, prompt in replying, and thorough in providing explanations to queries.

Even though we couldn't get the situation resolve immediatly, the AI agent was relavant and I was able to chat we a humain as soon as I've ask for it.

Lucas was great.
