Didn’t give me easy access to all drs at the clinic
It was channelling me to particular people rather than the practice. I wanted to see availabilities. Then it wanted access to my settings to put the apt in the diary. While this was being spruiked it was hard to see if my apt had actually been confirmed

I booked appointments in advance to see…
I booked appointments in advance to see a specialist and I got out dated with text messages demanding me my credit card details! Firstly I would not trust some APP or any APP with my credit card details and definitely not HotDoc and I find it rude them even texting and asking for 1 appointment I have not even attended, let alone several I have not attended yet! I dont like nuisance text messages as it is, and this APP has proven to be a nuisance and out right rude! I will pay for my medical after the appointment and no Hick untrusted APP will! How dare you invade my privacy and demand payment and harras me with text messages! I did not even download this APP and I was harassed by HotDoc. Doctors need to find a new service and axe HotDoc as I find this disgusting! You wont get nothing out of me HotDoc, let alone my account details! No one should be trusting just any APP online with credit card details, especially these type of APPS ever!

HotDoc may ask you to add a payment method to support clinics that require a card to secure bookings, collect appointment fees, or apply no-show or late cancellation fees in line with their booking policy.
If you're a bulk-billed patient, you may still be prompted to add a card if it's your first online booking with the clinic.
Adding a payment method does not mean you'll be charged, and if you're eligible for bulk billing, your card won't be charged for the consultation unless the clinic's policy applies.
Each clinic sets its own payment requirements, so if you're unsure, you can check the clinic's booking policy or contact them directly.

Hot docs in my opinion are an unnecessary middle man . Unnecessary in the fact that they have nothing to do with your information , that’s between you and your GP . I went to have a skin check , I was asked to fill out a questionnaire prior to seeing my skin specialist whom I have been seeing for the past 3 years . Upon completion I noticed “ hot docs “ on it . Spoke with the receptionist about it and told her DO NOT GIVE MY INFORMATION OUT,,,,! I was reassured . A week later I get a message from HOT DOCS pleased I recently opened an account ,,,,,, . I then needed to contact the skin practice and let them know in uncertain manner to get me the hell off this platform immediately .
