Very fast delivery and very helpful staff

I ordered the radiator on Friday and it was here on Monday, great service and communication. The radiator itself looks great but I haven't fitted it yet.
All in all, great company and would highly recommend 😁

Purchased a large upright radiator but once it had been plumbed in we discovered a large chip out of the rad on the bottom left side. Contacted support who were happy to work with me. Was offered a replacement or a partial refund. As the radiator was already installed i decided on an £80 partial refund.

Good products at a good price. Only downside, delivery company informed me on delivery that they were only providing a curb side delivery , therefore refused to help carry products to front door. This wasn’t good when receiving a 75kg product, in the rain. They were prepared to leave order on a pallet, on the road.

The 2 radiators turned up in poor condition, the boxes were ripped in numerous places, all 4 corners on each box were damaged, someone had clearly walked on the boxes in the van as there was footprints all over them. The radiators had been damaged in transit, both had chips in them. I was offered £20 by customer services as a partial refund, i refused and asked for 2 replacements to be sent. Replacement radiators were sent the same day but they never arrived, wasting my time as i waited in 2 days for them, the radiators were at the depot approx 6 miles from where i live. The damaged radiators had to be fitted due to plumber booked in and paid for and a new wood floor getting laid the day after. Ive had to buy a touch up paint to fill the 2 chips that are visible. After numerous calls with customer service I was offered a partial refund of £80 which i accepted just to bring the matter to an end, I'd had enough by that point.

🚩 2 out of 3 radiators damaged though, packaging was bad on those two. Probably did not go through Quality Check prior to dispatch.

✅️ After sales communication is great, prompt replies and actions. They offered a partial refund for the damages but i opted to get them replaced.

✅️ 2 radiators delivered in perfect condition after a few days of them picking up the old ones.

4/5* for me for the hassle and delays.

Excellent quality radiators, excellent prices and fast delivery. I ordered a few radiators from here a couple of weeks back as I thought they may not be that great as the price was too good to be true. (I've been stung too many times before) I was wrong, they were excellent quality, so I ordered the rest Friday and they arrived today (Monday morning). I have used more expensive companies in the past for these traditional radiators and theirs were no different, apart from the price. I can't wait to start the next project so I can buy more :)

Quality looks good and delivered within a reasonable time by Yodel who i would reconsider as parcels were damaged,fortunately the radiators are protected very well
