I used them for my ITI and application, which went well and received it in a timely manner, no complaints. However, I wanted to utilise them again to file my taxes in March.

I had a meeting with them almost two months prior to the filing deadline in which they told me which documents I need to submit. I submitted those documents via email and followed up multiple times via email and WhatsApp for weeks, only to be told within less than a week of the filing deadline that they had too many applications and would not be taking on any more business to file taxes.

This left me with absolutely my back against the wall, being that it was so late, and I would avoid simply because of appalling communication.

ho knew filing Tax as a non resident is so much easier I used to face so much hassle before I got to know them, they took care of everything although at times the communication delays a bit still other things make up for it.

Initially I was a bit nervous about their services and was also worried about the duration it might take to get the ITIN. I received it within the due time I expected although it got a bit late I'm guessing it might be due to peak season however I'm really satisfied with their services and would definitely recommend them!

Scam they took my money and didnt offer anything

Excellent experience. Communication was very active from the start and they were always responsive whenever I had a question. Even though ITIN processes depend on government agencies, they supported me throughout the entire process and kept me informed. I highly recommend their service and would gladly work with them again for future procedures.

I hired them to process my ITIN the 5th of November. Today, 6th of March, no news. They have ignored my emails for the past 3 weeks. They are now ignoring my whatsapp messages. This seems like a scam.

I received my ITIN in hand. They prepared the W-7 carefully and kept me updated through each step.

I found this provider through the IRS website and booked an appointment online. The first appointment was missed without notice. I had to follow up multiple times via chat and email. When the call finally took place, the representative apologized, explained they were at lunch, and appeared unprepared and unaware of my previously submitted information.
My questions were not answered clearly, and I received inconsistent responses. I was also directed to book a service online, but the booking button did not work. A second appointment was booked shortly after, but no confirmation or meeting link was ever sent.
Overall, the experience did not feel professional. As a customer based in Germany, I also noticed a lack of clearly international reviews. This was my personal experience.
