Purchased a black monobloc kitchen tap
Purchased a black monobloc kitchen tap. Communication, price and product quality was excellent.
One small point- as this was a DIY project it would we useful to offer an alternative size of tap ‘tails’ as this caused an interruption to installation while longer ones were sourced.

Shower fittings, supply and delivery.…
After some research in trying to find a 12.5mm dia. flexible shower hose in 'gold' I was pleased to find one supplied by Enki, This was duly ordered online and received within 36hrs, a very efficient service.
However, I am still awaiting a reply to my e-mail query of 24th Jan. addressed to your sales team, concerning the availability of a handheld shower arm extension.

Paid for next day delivery
Update: having placed this review Enki refunded the delivery costs.
Paid for next day delivery, part turned up after 3 days. Emailed Enki regarding delivery, no response after a week. Whilst I received the part I needed, certainly not a company I would use in the future, without considering other suppliers first.
