House Smart Surveying Reviews

They completed the task, but they were very poor in terms of communication. I tried a lot to get them to contact me to discuss the final report, but unfortunately they did not. I am very upset that they ignore me. I do not recommend them

After reading several negative reviews we were apprehensive re our survey report. However from having the survey done to receiving it only took 6 days.lt was well presented and covered all areas. We had a follow up call asking if we had any questions and that the surveyor was available should we have any questions.

Very personable on securing. Awful performance. Awful communication. Would definitely not use or recommend.

They will call you repeatedly to have you booked in, will answer every email before the work is done.... But then ghost you.

They don't follow the timescale they gave you- first is was five days. Then seven. Then today. Still waiting.

Save your time and money - go elsewhere where you won't be messed around.

They were quick to book in the survey and the surveyor did a really in depth assessment. Highlighted everything and broke it down well. Great information to take back to the solicitors. Really affordable prices. Also great communication from Marcel in booking and organising everything. Thank you guys!

House Smart Surveying took 18 days to produce our level 3 report. After multiple emails and phone calls I found out that the delay was due to their introduction of new reporting software that didn't work properly. When we were finally able to access the report, it was professional and comprehensive. Hamza is open to discussing the details over the phone, which we will appreciate, as he identified several areas of concern.

happy customer, easy to book, easy to get in touch, quick turn around, detailed report.

They did a thorough survey and advised against every possible defect in the property
But the timing taken to get the report was unexpectedly high
I have received it 4 days later than the date agreed on
However over all might use them again as their quote was one of the best

We have contacted House Smart Surveying requesting a level 3 building survey for our property purchase, and we have been really satisfied with all the work done. From my initial contact with Marcel through to our survey done by Hamza, they have been very professional and helpful providing a very detailed report which helped us with our home-buying process. After reading the report, we had a few questions and Hamza was available to answer all questions. Highly recommended

from my first enquiry about a survey to meeting the surveyer and recieving my house report allwent smoothly and first class service with a report which was easy to read

I will not recommend this company for house survey, their report is lack of simple traffic light system for reader to read it. Also, they lack of after sale service, I have asked some questions about the report and they did not reply me. Furthermore, my name in the report had typo error and I requested to correct it. They are totally no reponse.

I would like to express my appreciation for the outstanding professionalism displayed by Marcel and Hamza throughout our engagement. Initially, I had some reservations after coming across a review mentioning communication issues and delays. However, my concerns were swiftly addressed when I reached out to Marcel via email seeking clarification. He responded promptly and provided a thorough explanation, leaving me satisfied and confident in their service.

I chose to proceed and engage their services, and I can confidently say that my decision was well-founded. Despite a minor delay due to Hamza falling ill after conducting the survey, the resulting report he delivered was truly impressive. It was comprehensive, well-written, and easy to understand. Furthermore, Hamza's accessibility was commendable. He made himself readily available to discuss the report's findings, clarify any doubts, and guide us through the recommended actions.

In a true testament to their commitment to client satisfaction, Hamza personally reached out to address the delay and offer his sincere apologies. He ensured that the report reached me exactly on the agreed-upon day and time.

I extend my heartfelt gratitude to Hamza and Marcel for their exceptional service. Their dedication to delivering a comprehensive and insightful survey report, along with their efforts to ensure effective communication, have left a positive and lasting impression. Without a doubt, I look forward to collaborating with them in the future, and I will enthusiastically recommend their services to my friends and family.

I cannot recommend House Smart Surveying highly enough. From my initial contact through to my survey Hamza was very professional and helpful, kept in touch and I was not left feeling as if nothing was happening. Very happy with how fast they managed to get a report back to us.

After reading the report, I had a few questions and Hamza was on hand to answer all questions.

Would highly recommend.

From booking to getting the survey done, the process was seamless. There was constant communication by the team including Marcel and Hamza and they are very easily approachable. I would recommend their services.

The team over at house smart surveying have been very helpful and professional. A great company to deal with and overall have left me satisfied with service provided. The pricing was ideal and perfect for the job under taken

Hamza was great to deal with from start to finish. His knowledge was invaluable and allowed us to see a full picture of the first home our son and daughter in law were buying.

Got a survey done from this company they were professional and done a good job

Positive experience. Hamza was very polite and professional, fully explaining the process. He personally replied to emails I sent and provided me with the service I wanted, and if I needed further assistance to just contact him. I am very satisfied with the service I was provided with.
I would recommend using Hamza

Hamza was such a help all the way from beginning to end ! any help needed was given and all questions answered wouldn’t recommend anyone else to go but these thank you again

I regret choosing this company for my building survey needs, as the lack of communication and responsiveness severely impacted my overall experience. I strongly caution others against engaging their services, as the frustration and disappointment I encountered are not worth the hassle. It is imperative to select a company that values its customers and understands the importance of effective communication to ensure a positive and satisfactory service experience.
