Ordered items one damaged they sent replacement but then I decided not to keep paid for return via royal mail but have never been refunded although emailed them a couple of times, tbh couldn't be bothered with them. Don't bother

This is a first for me, complaining about a company that I've haven't even received the products from yet. However, in this instance I'm going to make an exception.

Housify typifies the problem with a lot of companies these days, but they do 'poor customer service' to another level. Firstly, there is no way to actually physically speak with anyone, full stop. Even when you ask for a number via email and/or Live chat they refuse to give you one. This is a very effective way of keeping customers at arms length, and for individuals to avoid taking any accountability for the issues you have.

I've been trying to get two side tables delivered for many weeks now. Most of my communications have been to the generic 'info' address, under the banner of 'Housify Customer Service'. I think they need to rename it 'Housify Non Customer Service' given that no-one actually responds to your emails, not unless prompted via Live Chat.

Email after email goes unanswered, and when you finally get to talk to someone via Live Chat, they promise to contact you via email and of course never do. It's entirely left to you, the customer, to chase up where your delivery is . . . and when you do get an answer they trivialise the issue and put smiling emojis on the end of every interaction as if to trivialise your enquiries.

I'm still yet to receive my side tables, and I'd really like a refund if I'm honest. These guys truly do not deserve mine or anyone else's business.

My advice is to seek the products elsewhere. Most of the products they stock are sourced from the manufacturer and/or wholesaler and can be found in other stores. They may be a little more expensive, but believe me when I say that the extra few pounds will be worth it if you have an issue. Avoid at all costs.

Really upsetting experience with Housify. Firstly had to chase my order and after 2 weeks finally arrived with no notice or tracking. Didn’t like the ceramic bowl so completed on-line form to return it straight away. Waited and waited but nothing. Emailed them still nothing after further email finally heard from them offering £15 to keep it. I said I would rather return it and again heard nothing. Finally received their address to return it. Had to pay Evri and purchased insurance. Contacted Housify with tracking number. After delivery back to them they contacted me to say the bowl had been broken and send a photo. They said I would have to take it up with courier and they wouldn’t refund. Took it up with Evri who wouldn’t pay as ceramics are not covered by insurance. Went back to Housify but completely ignored. I do not recommend this company as I have lost all my money. They won’t even offer good will. Very disappointing I will never use this company again.

I ordered the beautiful heart mugs and was kept informed as to their whereabouts and then they were delivered very carefully packed. Thank you. Particularly to Amber who talked me through so kindly. They look so splendid on my kitchen dresser with my other lovely pieces.Be

Really happy with the item I ordered as a gift, it is exactly as described and came very well packaged (fragile). I had a few queries regarding the order and the team responded really quickly and were very helpful. Will definitely shop here again!

Having found the product I wanted, I shopped around and Housify had by far the best offer available at the time. The plant stand I wanted was advertised as ‘usually being despatched in 2-5 days). However after a few emails it has taken nearly 3 weeks to arrive. I am extremely pleased with my stand as it was delivered carefully following instructions, and looks fantastic in my bathroom. The customer service I received was good, but I feel that information from the company regarding dispatch and delivery could be better.

Was glad to find some chairs I wanted at a cheaper price than all the other websites selling it. Was overall pleased with Housify although maybe they could improve on their responses to customers via email :)

Still not received my order

My beautiful bowl arrived quickly in perfect condition, even nicer that I imagined, really pleased with the service. I was kept informed on the progress of my order throughout

I brought a ornamental ceramic bobble bowl, I did worry about such a fragile large item being delivered and when it arrived from the courier the box was quite badly damaged by the courier (even though it was clearly labelled fragile and glass) and so I was expecting the worst.
On opening the damaged box I was pleased to find another box but the large hole had gone right through to the second box too. I opened the second box to find the thickest polystyrene which thankfully had saved any damage to the bowl.
Housify had without a doubt saved my order with their absolutely brilliant packaging, I am so relieved and thankful it was packaged up in this way as the courier had not paid any attention to the labels on the outer box.
I love the bowl and am very happy and would use Housify again.
Also very fast dispatch time too.

Beautiful sideboard at a very reasonable price, the customer services team were helpful when I queried an issue with delivery. Would buy from them again.

We found it really difficult when searching for matching dining chairs and bar stools. Ordering was straightforward and the delivery couldn’t have been any better. The quality is fantastic and they are hardwearing which is perfect for our family.

The customer service provided by Housify has been excellent, the bowl I ordered was found to be damaged on delivery. I contacted Housify who arranged for a replacement which arrived in perfect condition, they were very helpful. The replacement bowl is gorgeous and I am very pleased with it. I will definitely shop with Housify again.

Great quality products and an excellent service.
Packaging for fragile items was perfect. Can't wait for my daughter to open her gifts on Christmas morning.
