Yesterday we received eight dining chairs. They look great - we’re really pleased with them! Service was excellent; would definitely buy from them again.

Recently moved house so needed a lot of furniture. Not heard of Housify before, so was a bit cautious but I'm very happy I decided to place an order. Found the most perfect marble side table, which I've seen on other websites cost £300+ and didn't even seem that high quality. The one received from Housify is so lovely, very high quality and you cab tell it's real marble.
The customer service received from Amber has also been unmatched. When I originally placed an order, the item didn't pass quality control, and they've informed me straight away offering a full refund. I wanted to wait for stock to come back in as I really liked the item, and they've kept me in the loop and dispatched it straight away as soon as it came back in stock as promised. It was then delivered super fast and in one piece despite being very delicate.

Delighted with the wall light which arrived well packed and intact. The original order got lost in transit but Amber ensured a replacement was ordered promptly, she kept me informed of the despatch and was delivered ahead of schedule, great customer service.

I added the wrong details when making an order and unfortunately we had no updates or confirmation of my order. The agent on the chat was helpful and changed my details quickly

Awful, dont order from here - constant delays on my item, even night before postponed deliveries, then trying to return an item - firstly you pay the postage back which is fine, then they take 20% restocking fee, and guess what - they dont even arrange the return efficiently. constant delays, constant headache. just awful!

From the moment I contacted customer services to the moment we said goodbye (over numerous emails) Amber was incredibly helpful. Knowledgeable about stock etc and going above and beyond to help me.

Item was exactly as described good quality and well made. It was also packaged well for transportation 😃

Purchased online from Housify for the first time. Was a little nervous about it but had regular communication on my orde and the item arrived packed well, intact, as described. They were very apologetic when my order was running a day late.

I ordered the Aruba garden furniture set and I absolutely love it! It came a lot sooner than expected and was even delivered on a bank holiday. The men who delivered it were very professional. Looking forward to enjoying my new garden and new furniture!

After placing my order (26 Jan) I was contacted to say the item was on back order so it would take longer than the expected couple of weeks quoted in the website, so would I like to wait or have an immediate refund. I opted to wait the quoted 3 to 5 weeks.

I heard nothing so emailed on 28 Feb to confirm they were still expecting stock, and was told it was now 8 March.

I heard nothing so emailed again on 11 March saying that I was disappointed that there was no communication and was told it would be another 7 to 10 working days.

I did then get a couple of updates - hence the 3* review, but was then told on 5 April that the item had arrived damaged so was unsellable.

I asked for a photo of the damage but was only given a description and told they had no idea when another would arrive, so I could wait again or take a refund. I opted for the refund.

I placed my first order and unfortunately one of my items was missing. I emailed and they got back to me straight away and sent the missing item the same day. A very quick and excellent response.
Lovely service will buy again.

I ordered two lovely onyx bedside tables. The service was quick and efficient and the quality of the tables is really good. I’m very happy.

Thanks to Instagram that I found Housify and their fabulous range of products. From my initial order of a chair the communication was 5***** and within 2 days I received my order. The packaging totally ensured no damage whatsoever. What a fabulous service. From a very happy customer x

I am moving house & have ordered all new furniture from various interior companies online. Housify have been by far the best. I can not recommend them enough. Next time I shop I will check in first to see what they have as it makes life a lot less stressful using them
