Great team at Howard Conrad, they dealt quickly with my laptop issue and kept me informed about progress. Laptop all fixed and at a good price too, also great follow up service so really pleased overall. Would highly recommend.

Was recommended Howard Conrad by a friend. Thought I needed a screen replacement for my smashed iPhone but turns out it was just the tempered glass protector that had smashed. Friendly staff and I left very pleased with a new durable protector fitted!

Apple Support told me they could not fix my HomePod and tried to get me to buy a new one. Fortunately I found Howard Conrad and within 5 days my HomePod was back with me working perfectly. Their service and value for money is exceptional. I absolutely recommend Howard Conrad to and would use them again in the future

I can not recombined these guys highly enough. They managed to resurrect my 2015 MacBook Pro which is now operating like new. They price their service incredibly reasonably and they're so friendly.

Howard Conrad fixed my HomePod which was popping and clicking. The service from start to finish was excellent, the comms were regular and detailed on the repair and what work was done. The guys were very friendly each time I spoke to them on the phone. The HomePod is and working perfectly again. I will definitely use Howard Conrad again for any future Apple product repairs. Really good customer experience. I visited as my iPad wasn’t working correctly and I couldn’t download any apps. All was sorted very quickly and explained really clearly. I’ll definitely be back if I have any issues and I’m very happy to recommend them

When my much loved original HomePod died, would not power on, I thought that was it for the bin… but then I discovered Howard Conrad who were offering a fixed price repair service so thought it’s worth a go. So glad I did, service was excellent from start to finish and HomePod was back fully repaired in no time. First class company and now my “go to” for any Apple repairs.

Excellent service. They did everything they said they would. My dead HomePod was returned in perfect condition and working fully, complete with 3 year guarantee. Great to get a written report of work done and parts replaced. Well worth the money.

The team were incredible from start to finish. When booking my repair, I was able to request a phone call to discuss the issue prior to sending my device in. The turnaround time was faster than advertised, and I got a very detailed email with details of my repair. When I had an issue with my device post-repair, I was able to get back in contact with them to receive additional support same-day. Absolutely phenomenal experience, would certainly recommend them.
