Sent in 2 HomePods for repair, the team were super helpful advising me on how best to book in and post the items to them. Great communication & updates from the team during the repair, the itemised list of issues found and resolutions was very much appreciated - they even proactively replaced a diode which is known to have issues, even though not the cause of the original issue.

The 2 HomePods arrived on my door step 5 days after I'd sent them, all fixed up and ready to go.

I would defintely recommend them, and will be using them again going forward.

Great experience with the HomePod repair over the last few weeks - took around 2 weeks from first sending it off to receiving it back, fully repaired, on my doorstep. Good communication throughout and the HomePod is now working as good as new, without any indication it’s been opened up for the repair. I’ve already recommended Howard Conrad to a friend with a similar problem. Overall great service.

The process of posting away my HomePod for repair was made easy using their courier collection service. I was kept up to date with the repair progress. Turnaround was super quick. Truly excellent service from very nice, conscientious people. The problem with my phone was diagnosed quickly, and repaired immediately for a very fair price (certainly much less than EE wanted to charge even with a two week wait while they sent it off to repair). The first repair glitched but they took the phone back, sorted it no quibble and the lovely Danny seemed genuinely bothered that I’d had to return the phone for another go, even though it was just one of those things. Thoroughly great experience - even the signage as you go into the reception area made me smile!

Howard Conrad has a fantastic team, and Danny was a standout. He was always polite, knowledgeable, and communicated clearly. Although they couldn't repair my phone due to severe internal damage, they provided a detailed report outlining the damage, work performed, and recommendations.
