Rang up with a problem with my phone, dropped off 10 minutes later and fixed within 2 hours. Excellent service

My initial email enquiry was answered promptly and I was booked in using their very easy booking system on line.
Everything was explained very clearly when I visited the shop to get a new battery. They also managed to open my locked iPad at a reduced cost because I was already having a repair.
All round great service ready on time and guaranteed for 3 years.

Excellent service. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. My (now obsolete) MacBook battery died and I was on the brink of buying a new laptop until I stumbled across Howard Conrad on Google. From the moment Danny picked up the phone to my initial enquiry, I was confident of the expertise & professionalism of Howard Conrad. That confidence proved totally well-placed after I took my Mac in for its only ever 'overhaul' & upgrade since purchased 10 years go.
Matthew dealt with the work and Howard Conrad's customer focus became evident when he updated me by phone several times about what he was doing.
Being non-technical myself, it was a huge benefit to know the work was in good hands. When I collected the Mac Danny updated me and pointed out a few actions I might take to further free up storage. When my MacBook Pro died, I looked into Howard Conrad's for the first time recently. The warm welcome and reassuring advice was very encouraging. My computer was inspected but found to be unrepairable. I bought a new one, onto which Howard Conrad transferred everything from the old one. It was all done so efficiently, with a smile and at a reasonable cost. I will be encouraging all my friends to use Howard Conrad for their computer repairs.

I contacted Howard Conrad whilst on holiday to arrange a repair to my iPad Air on my return. E-mails were answered promptly and booking made. The repair was carried out in the time advised on the same day and they rang me when my iPad was ready to collect. Very good service.

The work was carried out on time, I received a phone call when it was ready to collect and I received a follow up email from Danny checking that I was happy with everything. DON'T WALK, RUN, TO THIS PLACE!! I had a super cracked screen on my iPhone that was so broken and missing pieces from the screen itself that you could see inside the phone! They were extremely reliable and accurate with timing even though BOTH the screen and microphone were fully broken and needed replacing! A very good price for both replacements too and it now feels like I have a brand new iPhone even though mine is quite an old model. The only thing not fixable was the Face ID, but that goes for every electronics repair place that isn't actually Apple as only Apple can fix/replace them, so my fault entirely for not checking! The man who served me was very nice, very professional and got my phone repaired and serviced quickly! AND they even give you money off your next repair, would 100% recommend to other people and will definitely use them again! USE HOWARD CONRAD PEOPLE!!

Did what they said they would do. Did it when they said they would. Booked, sorted and collected same day. No issues. Very straightforward. All good.

The screen on my IPad was cracked and so contacted Howard Conrad where Danny was very open about cost, time frame of the repair and the best day to take it into the shop.
The screen was repaired and an additional unknown problem resolved. I was kept informed and the cost I paid was the one I had been initially quoted. I found the staff very professional and courteous.

Wanted a new battery for iphone. Made an appointment but, even with that, was told it would take 3 to 4 hours. Then told they don't use genuine Apple parts and a new battery would work but wouldn't be recognised by the phone. The trigger warnings would eventually go into background but I would never be able to access battery information. Decided not to proceed instead.

Thank you for taking my MacBook in so quickly, on the day when I needed it to be repaired and doing the work in the day. You replaced the bass speaker and cleaned it internally on the 13th May and I needed it on the 14th. Everything is working perfectly.
