The screen on my IPad was cracked and so contacted Howard Conrad where Danny was very open about cost, time frame of the repair and the best day to take it into the shop.
The screen was repaired and an additional unknown problem resolved. I was kept informed and the cost I paid was the one I had been initially quoted. I found the staff very professional and courteous.

Prompt efficient service at a reasonable price.

Wanted a new battery for iphone. Made an appointment but, even with that, was told it would take 3 to 4 hours. Then told they don't use genuine Apple parts and a new battery would work but wouldn't be recognised by the phone. The trigger warnings would eventually go into background but I would never be able to access battery information. Decided not to proceed instead.

Thank you for taking my MacBook in so quickly, on the day when I needed it to be repaired and doing the work in the day. You replaced the bass speaker and cleaned it internally on the 13th May and I needed it on the 14th. Everything is working perfectly.

My wife's I-Pad pro cost me about £1350 from Comet and after 9 months it stopped charging. Took it back to Comet and they were a waste of space blaming my wife for damaging it. We took it to Howard Conrad and they were amazing. no fuss, fast repair, and low cost. I have no hesitation in recommending this company for their fast, friendly service.

I accidentally dropped my iPhone in a bowl of soapy water. In desperation and with little hope for its recovery I contacted Howard Conrad on Leeds Rd Harrogate. Danny accepted the challenge, persevered and miraculously has dried it out and with a couple of replacement parts has retrieved 99% of its functions. I can live without facial recognition! It was a gift from my son for a special birthday so very very relieved and grateful for his expertise.
I was also kept informed of progress which was helpful.

Needed battery replacement on iPhone. Booked appt. Job carried out satisfactorily. Staff (Danny) was friendly and informative. I’ve had no issues at all with the replacement battery. The iPhone is working precisely as it did before…. with a longer battery life, of course. Danny had warned me I might get notifications from apple software in the iPhone about not recognising the battery; but that hasn’t happened. Great job. No hesitation about recommending them.

Had to get my meta quest controllers fixed amazing job done very quick and great quality of service they kept hold of them longer as I had appointments to go to when they were ready with no hassle.

Found them via a web search, followed the instructions to send. Great comms from them throughout and my HomePod works and has a guarantee. Job done

When your computer goes wrong, Howard Conrads take the stress out of a very stressful situation! They are knowledgeable, helpful and honest and offer a quick service so you can get back to work! I'd recommend them to anyone.

I talked to someone from Apple but we couldn’t sort out my problem. They told me I needed to take my computer into the Apple shop in Leeds. ( a long way from home. ) I told my wife, and she advised me go to see Howard Conrad, just down the road. She told me that they had sorted out her IPhone very quickly and easily, and refused to take any payment.
I had a problem with my backup system. They explained that they were very busy, so it would take a long time.
They rang me about 3 days later, said it was all sorted out. I went down straight away to collect. They just charged me £25. The man even took my desktop down to my car. I just had to take my hard drives.

Amazing service, now my backups are no problem. Wish I hadn’t wasted all that time with Apple !

The people i spoke to and interacted with were friendly, helpful & thorough in their advice. I felt that the price i was charged for the service was very fair. I had two devices data cleaned, and all photos & videos stored on them saved to memory sticks (which i supplied), and was charged £84. I am more than happy to leave a very positive review - you deserve it!
