Product consistency?
Product consistency over time is lacking but meals are nonetheless fresh. We would love it if they could provide the same consistency with each batch!

The service is great
The service is great. Ced and Dob love love love the surf and sardines. The chicken is lovely also. In comparison to other pet food retailers that deliver, its faultless but the price in comparison to other companies from a food perspective you are paying more but then the quality is just as good if not better. So its a bit of a hard call.
