I’ve returned a watch for repair on 08/09/21 and still no news about it. They’re are gonna reply to this saying Covid bla bla bla, but the truth is this is a f***ing scam. I have absolute no need about it ever since. Send me proof this was sent to your supplier for repair. Send me the status of it.

I’m warning you people, DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

I've always had a great experience with HS Johnson, fast delivery, good communication and a fantastic service. The watch is great too ... a stunning Sternglas S02-MA09-KA01 Men's Marus Automatic Rubber Strap Wristwatch.

HS Johnson had the watch I wanted at the best price, it was delivered in a couple of days. The watch wasn't for me, so I returned it and they refunded me immediately without any delay. THAT is good service, so on this occasion I didn't buy a watch but based on the service of being able to return something without any hassle, I have confidence in the company and undoubtedly will buy from them in the future and they wouldn't have to be the cheapest because I can rely on them.

I recently purchased an Elliot Brown watch from this company, initially driven by their competitive price, but given the high cost of item was still concerned whether the company were ok. I’m extremely pleased to say the watch was delivered very securely and promptly and is of excellent quality. I had cause to contact customer services via email, which in my experience is the real test of a company- again they have been brilliant, they responded straight away were very helpful. I look forward to purchasing from them again and definitely recommend them to others

Most useless customer service I have ever seen

Lost my packet somewhere in transit
Not able to find it or contact with delivery partner refuse refund me or redeliver despite law
Absolutely helpless
Wondering who hired them and pay them for that kinda of "service"

I only just ordered so I haven't received yet but it all seems very legitimate and professional. The item was posted and tracking number received within the day. With so many scams and postage delays around lately I was just glad they were legit and posted my item promptly.

Ordered a watch on Sunday and it arrived a day earlier than expected in seemingly good order. Not had it out just yet but all well packaged.
Royal mail let the side down a little when I caught the postie putting it down at my door and walking away, no door bell rang and it was a tracked and signed for parcel.
Could have easily been stolen had I not seen him out of a window as was expecting the item with it being tracked.

I would purchase again from HS Johnson just wary about high value items being left at a door with no attempt to ring a door bell.

Ordered a watch from this jeweller - amazing price compared to the same watch from Watches of Switzerland or most luxury jewellers. It was sent out next day, packed up very well with all papers and fully insured. I had excellent communication from the seller, who was extremely accommodating and helpful. I would certainly use them again and recommend to all. I can only assume that some of the previous moany feedback was left by customers who didnt really know what they were ordering - if they're disappointed with the actual product they ordered, there's not much the seller can do about that. I found them to be really good, honest and reputable.

I recently purchased a watch from your website. The prices are competitive; the delivery details were clearly communicated.

I anticipated a delay with delivery considering the pandemic problems and workload RM are managing, but it was pretty much one working day.

Very good customer service. I had an issue with a watch I had purchased as a present and they were extremely fast in responding and very helpful. The issue was remedied quickly and without fuss.

Bought a watch from Black Friday sale as a Christmas present. Delivery time to Finland was very long, almost four weeks. Another watch I ordered from UK on Black Friday arrived the next working day.

Another thing I wasn't satisfied with was the warranty card. They promise on their web page to deliver the watch with full paperwork, but the warranty card wasn't filled, it was completely empty. When I asked them about they said I could send the warranty card to them so they would fill it out and send it back to me. However, I don't think it is very convenient to wait for two months for the warranty card to make a roundtrip.

The watch itself is very nice, but I won't be ordering again from H.S. Johnson.

Poorr,I am very disappointed, I bought a watch on boxing day and a few days later I got a message they did refund,because the watch is out of stock,how is this possible ?especially I was waiting for boxing day to buy it at the best price and now I have to pay a lot more from other shop .

Very pleasing experience. Watch at very good price (best I could find...they offered a discount which undercut everyone else), ordering went well and watch turned up promptly two days later. Very impressive H S Johnson.

I ordered two items on Saturday and they arrived on Tuesday to Northern Ireland. One of the items I was very pleased with as I found it a great price from this company. However, I didn’t want to keep the second item so returned it on the Tuesday and received my refund confirmation on the Friday! Can’t fault them in quality or efficiency. Thank you for a pleasant experience.
