Was referred to Peter Renshaw at Hugh James by the Spinal Injuries Association and was provided pro bono specialist legal support with an Appeal to the Tribunal. I cannot recommend Peter highly enough, he was my backbone and support throughout and guided me through an extremely stressful process with a positive outcome.

I reached out to Hugh James in early November 2021 about a potential personal injury claim, not knowing anything about a traumatic brain injury and how hard life was gonna get I was instructed with Sandeep gill a fantastic solicitor, very understanding always there to listen, very respectful one of the nicest people i’ve ever met. Sandeep's so professional of what he does he’s so quick he makes sure that everything done before deadlines so it makes it reassuring for the claimant and doesn’t make it stressful, he’s very well mannered in correspondence, very fast on emails and makes expert reports very well understanding by breaking them down and explaining very clearly, any problems he’s in contact rapidly with every intention to sort it out the best and fast way. If Sandeep's off for any reason he instructs you with members from his team which are all fantastic on what they do but one in particular is a lady called (Cary’s Bishop) a recently qualified solicitor she’s been involved in my case for a long length of time. I am so grateful for the time and effort she’s put into my case, so professional at what she does her correspondence is amazing. Cary’s is always there to listen and help out as best as she can the two of them together really make a wonderful team i am so pleased it has been settled. Graeme John was my late brother's Godfather.
His wife the late Joan John nee Harvey was my Godmother.
