The parcel arrived so quickly
The parcel arrived so quickly, the packaging was great. The order arrived in great condition. The things I did order are a Christmas present for my son. So he has not seen them yet. When he does he will be so impressed. Thank you.

Service was terrible
Service was terrible, shipping was horrendous. Box came damaged when I asked for a replacement box I was denied. Box came in a soft plastic bag. Support said shipping was expensive, literally you shipped the cheapest way possible.

Hi David! Thanks for your feedback. Just to mention again, the damaged box was actually a special mailing box. It's just their destiny to protect books and often get damaged during transportation.
The utilitarian surbivalist in me…
The utilitarian surbivalist in me thinks this is a small price to pay for the wealth of knowledge. The curious person in me loves the illustrations and all the entries on how to do just about anything. I even recommended the book to a client he already got it loves it too. You should make one on esoteric like the sacred teachings of all ages but with the illustrations, a cosmology, astronomical, engineering, quantum physics version. I eould buy em if you make em

This publisher are in a league of their own. They not only produce the most beautiful books out there, but they also offer a truly immersive experience; the illustrations and the incredibly valuable information found in each and every one of them are simply beautiful. Insane quality, everything seems like was conformed with extremely love and careful. Definitely a great collectible. About the delivery service and communication between them and I was very special too, I had an issue with the first delivery—a mistake by the delivery service—but I contacted Hungry Minds; they were happy to help and did everything possible to ensure the book reached me, no matter what. I will certainly continue to rely on their commitment to their customers. So, I’ll give them a thousand out of ten!!!!
