Complete scam
Same as everyone else, ordered three months ago, lots of excuses, now their email address is defunct. A lot of money down the drain. I feel like an idiot. Is there any way to take legal action / report them? Did anybody ever get their money back?
I’ve been going back and forth since…
I’ve been going back and forth since August trying to get my money back. The tracking hasn’t updated since August 2nd and I keep getting fobbed off with “we’ve changed shipping provider, it will be with you in 10 working days”. They must think I’m stupid and have taken advantage of patient and kind people, many of whom will probably be neurodivergent given the type of products they “sell”. It’s pure exploitation. They are hoping people will just forget, but for some people £45 is a lot of money at the moment.
I’ve emailed today and they have either blocked me or the address has been deactivated so I now have no way of getting in touch. They owe me and a lot of others money and an apology from what I gather from the other reviews.

I would give it 0 stars but I don’t think it’s an option - ordered in September still haven’t received it and all the responses you get are “it’s with the courier it’s being shipped, if you want a refund you’ll have to send it back” but it’s 3 months and it hasn’t arrived and I don’t think it will ever arrive - they have also blocked me on social media as I commented on their posts and they deleted the comments and blocked me!
The scammers win yet again.
They have now blocked my email or closed their inbox. Never had such a truly horrendous experience with an online company. It has made me feel ill at times, and now I know I'll never get my refund, I feel so stupid for falling for their scam. I wish it was only me but the amount of reviews here speaks volumes. So many honest folk falling prey to these scammers.
Scam company
I ordered at the beginning of September. I questioned the lack of order being sent after 2 week. I got the very typical computerised reply. After 4 weeks I raised with my bank to get the money back. GVY didn’t respond to the bank so I got the money back after the time frame set. The yesterday GVY have contested this and are requesting the money back when the order is still showing as not shipped. I can’t find them on insta since I left a negative feedback and their fb is now also blank.
Thankfully I found other reliable companies such as Squiddy and Refuse To Conform
All the same issues
Currently experiencing all the same issues a lot of people seem to have had. Ordered a month ago now, blank confirmation email, email about new supplier and courier so another 10-15 business days, that's been and gone, no response to emails now, blah blah blah don't order from here!
No goods received after 2 months. Bad communication.
Ordered a hoodie in September. Received a mail about delayed shipping causing up to 15 day delay. After which there were no subsequent updates. Every time I’ve chased it off I’ve been told it is delayed and with the courier. When I asked for a refund after 6 weeks, I was refused. Still no update. Seeing other Trustpilot responses from the brand offering refunds, I went back to them to demand a refund and after two days I’ve had no response. Not even an automated acknowledgement of my request.
Do NOT buy.
The company sent blank order confirmation, refused tk provide order information, claimed the courier had a backlog and were delayed 3-4 days, then that they changed courier company and their was further delays of 10-15 days. After that time limit expired they stopped replying to emails and no products ever turned up. Their adverts have been removed from FB.
No point ordering
Placed an order on the 28th of September, received an email a few days later to say there were delays in shipments - it happens and wouldn’t usually be an issue. But now, as of 28th of November, I still haven’t received my order or a reply to my multiple emails asking for an update that I sent to their support@ email. The chat on the website can’t be used to ask bout orders so there’s no other way to try and get any kind of response. I ordered using Klarna, who I’ve reported this to, and luckily I can pause my payment with them until this is resolved at some point in time. Would avoid at all costs and wish I hadn’t bothered

Scam - Avoid this company
This company is certainly a scam.
I placed an order on the 28th October, but the confirmation email I got contained no information and was essentially a template. I reached out within about 3 hours through their website requesting to cancel the order, but got no confirmation of this communication, so emailed again the next day again requesting the order be cancelled. On the 31st October I got a generic email from the founder George which said how there was a problem with the couriers not scanning the parcels as quick as they should resulting in 3-4 day delays.
Despite the website saying responses will be within 48 hours, I still hadn't heard anything after a week so I emailed again. Four days after that (9th Nov, 13 days after I first reached out) I got an email from Adeel at support, which was a generic email that didn't answer any of my questions or concerns. They said I'd get tracking information as soon as it was available - I still haven't had any a week later.
I responded to that email the same day saying as I said above that my questions weren't answered and my concerns weren't addressed, and also asking why the order was shipped given I contacted twice within 24 hours of placing it requesting the order be cancelled, and that they provide me with information on how to return the item if it arrives.
On the 11th Nov Adeel responded with another generic email saying they understand it's disappointing having to wait longer for the order, but that it's in the final stage of delivery and they're monitoring it closely with the courier.
Again this email didn't answer any of my questions or address my concerns. I requested twice within 24 hours the order be cancelled, was not sent an appropriate confirmation email, waited 11 days for a response despite claims they'll respond within 48 hours, have been told the order has been shipped but have seen no evidence of tracking, haven't had any questions or concerns answered and instead just sent generic copy-paste emails by their appalling customer service.
Avoid this company.

I ordered items on the 25th August. On the 12th November I still haven’t received the items. It’s a total scam. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If I could give a minus five star I would. After endless emails they still won’t refund me the full amount (any other company would offer a full refund after a week) this has been 75 days (when I only bought the items as it said it would take 3-5 working days delivery, so I could give them to my partner as a present) Has been a stressful and laborious experience. Next step is trading standards. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Worst experience with an online purchase ever
I’ve never reviewed a company before my my experience with HVY Garments has been too bad not to. I order a jumper and joggers on the 2nd of August to the UK for £65 including delivery. I had to keep chasing and they had to resend it and I finally received it on the 4th of September. I didn’t like the products (their was no excess weight to them like advertised, and I did t like the fit) so I contacted them for return instructions as it says you can on their website. I did as instructed and paid £15 to return the items tracked and signed for to the Netherlands on the 11th of September. After not hearing anything about them receiving the return I checked the tracking and they had been contacted about a customs clearance cost their end. They did nothing to pay the fee or contact me about it so after 14 days the package was returned to me (which I haven’t received). I have lost count of the emails I have now sent and I just keep getting the same response, but they’re clearly not actually reading my emails as they just keep saying they’re having problems with couriers and my package will be with me soon (even though I’m returning a package to them!). My last email was saying I’m going to report them for fraudulent activity as they advertise that you can return items for a refund when that is clearly not the case - yet again they sent the same copy and pasted response that my order will be with me soon. So I will now be proceeding with reporting them as a suspicious website to the National Cyber Security Centre.

Do NOT order from here
I ordered the weighted hoodie on 31st July and I still have not received my order. I have multiple times asked what is happening and keep getting told that it is due to the courier being changed, and that they promise it will be “one more week”. I have asked multiple times for a refund as I have not received this in over 3 months of me placing the order! Do not order from this company, they are a scam. They do not follow through with their promises and will just blame it off on other factors and do not take responsibility.
Edit 24/11/25 - I have sent another email requesting a refund following their response below. I have already asked multiple times for a refund.

No product delivery… no refund!
I paid over £150 for for their clothing on the 27th September 2025 with express delivery for 1st October.
Here we are, now 11th November with no delivery and superficial apologies. I have emailed and been told 3 times now “it is expected to be with you within a week”… yet still no delivery! I have requested a full refund THREE TIMES! First time I was met with an apology and assurance of delivery. 2nd and 3rd time I asked I have received absolutely no response!
Absolutely disgraceful customer service, and an abysmal company. I will never be ordering from here again, and will certainly not be recommending. Truly diabolical.
