Complete scam! Do not order from this company.
I ordered a hoodie on 8th August and still have not received it.
I’ve emailed the company three times requesting a refund but they just keep telling me it’s on its way. It’s clearly not!

SCAM!!!!! Been asking for a refund since July…

Waste of money. Have waited for over 2 months for this item to be delivered and still has not arrived. I have emailed multiple times requesting a refund and now they have stopped responding.

THIS COMPANY IS DOG SHIT! my sister placed an order in July and has been going back and forth with customer service for months and the have now blocked her email so looks like she will never be getting her money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

no wonder all the most recent reviews are overwhelmingly negative. ordered 2 months ago, spent 90 pounds on this excited to get them only to not receive anything several months later. company probably went bust. be smart and don’t waste ur time or money

If I could give zero stars I would.

I ordered from them on the 21st August and have still not received my item, today is the 24th October.

I have been back and forth on email with them and they keep fobbing me off stating that ‘the item is in transit’. I then asked for a full refund in which they tried to offer me 20% instead, after I declined and pushed for the full defend they accepted and have now gone back on their word.

This is a scam and a terrible company.

Big fat zero, paid weeks ago, no goods, generic customer service a swears telling me to be patient. They sell anti anxiety products 😂 have no idea who to raise this with now as they don't care.

Ignore their reply to me too below, standard reply they send everyone, I'm emailing them every day to no avail just the worst company ever

I ordered a hoodie back in August and still have not received it when the website said it would take 4-5 working days. I received no communication regarding my order until I emailed and messaged them on instagram. It has now been weeks of me continuously having to chase for updates to be told excuse after excuse. This company are completely misleading customers with false advertising and I will be requesting a full refund

1 star is very generous, i ordered these items items in September for a birthday gift for myself and as of yet havent recieved any updates, or communication from you guys. They stated delievery within 4-5 business days its gone over a mknth and would like a full refund processed for my order. As this is false advertisement and misleading to potential buyers of said goods. Have tried contact via instagram aswell and seems like i cant message them any more in regards to the items.

Ordered on the 31st of July and still have not received anything. Been going back and forth with so called ‘owner’. Asked for a refund and they have stated I can send it back once I’ve received the product. Which is looking like never. Apparently having problems with customs but this seems to be a reoccurring problem so probably all false. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

After two incorrect deliveries, numerous emails back and forth constantly promising to do better we finally gave up. It seems the company is unable to fulfil orders correctly. Would suggest avoiding

Well my new spaceship took 5 days tops to arrive…and the quality took me to another planet you get me fam!

Been over two months with no delivery of product. Every email with customer service is a stock response, even from the supposed owner. I asked for a refund as I do not think the product will ever arrive because they haven't provided tracking or evidence of a dispatch. I was told I cannot get a refund until the product arrives. I will be emailing again.

Emailed again and instead of replying to the email, as you can see they replied here instead with a generic placeholder reply. I have still not received my refund.

Ordered on Aug 26 and still haven’t received my order. It’s Sept 28.

I reached out to them a few weeks ago and got an email from the owner giving personal reasons as to why there has been a delay. I believed him and responded back kindly saying something along the lines of “these things happen”. He then replied thanking me for understanding his situation and if I could write a review on trip advisor and that I would get 30% off my next order. Why would I do that if I still haven’t received my first order?? Why would I even want to order again?

I can tell you this is clearly a scam now. Please avoid.

So it seems a lot of people are saying it is a scam and I can’t lie I originally thought the same because it was taking so long to arrive.

Eventually it did arrive and it was nothing like described, quality, colour all wrong. So I reached out to the team. I explained what the product was and he told me they had outsourced production who had been sending wrong products.

He assured me it would be sorted, and I received a replacement hoodie not long after, completely the correct colour, wouldn’t say overly weighted, but VERY comfortable!

As an apology he added credit to my account for a future order. I have to say, the advertising does seem misleading. However having gave him the benefit of the doubt he did everything he could to fix it. So I have to tip my hat to him for that!

Overall, quality of the actual product is extremely good! One of the most comfortable hoodies I own. Would I say it’s really weighted, no, however it’s an extremely good hoodie!

Make your own opinion don’t always believe what people write when annoyed!

Absolutely horrendous, took 3 months to arrive and when it did actually arrive its light as a feather. Currently trying to arrange a full refund for the carry on I’ve had, but my email has very kindly not been responded to

Absolute scam. Advertises delivery in 4-5 working days. Nothing after nearly a month. No link or anything. You get replies from the "owner", due in the next couple of days, problems with customs etc. It's normally wrong you advertise this and scam neuro diverse people.

Ordered my hoodie 2 months ago and I still have not received the hoodie. Going back and fourth via email with the “founder” who keeps expressing how “sorry he is” and “as a small business finds it so upsetting when he gets it wrong” I opened a dispute with my bank to get a refund as the “owner” said that the tracking says item has been delivered but on the tracking link I was provided it hasn’t even left the depot!?!! He said if I cancelled my claim he’d send a brand new one out, I didn’t cancel the dispute and he still hasn’t responded to my last email, complete sham and a joke of a company.

I ordered a hoodie from HVY months ago but it never arrived. I contacted the founder multiple times and was promised a refund, but nothing was ever sent. After weeks of chasing, I’ve still had no hoodie or money back. I’ve now had to go through my bank to try and get a refund instead. Really disappointing experience — please don’t order from here

Don’t waste your time!

Ordered on 4th August and still not arrived. Requested a full refund so many times and getting nowhere. Been lied to multiple times about shipping and tracking yet still haven’t received a working tracking link. Currently going through my bank to get a refund. Defo a scam, don’t waste your money or energy on this company
