A very similar experience to many it seems, ordered very excited to receive a weighted hoodie only for the tracking to never update. Finally got through to the founder after literally spamming the chat to get through and they sent a replacement hoodie and bottoms as a gesture of good will.
The original hoodie did arrive and it was beyond shocking, apparently this was an out sourced hoodie due to high demand which is baffling considering it’s a specialist “weighted” hoodie.. however I waited for the actual hoodie to arrive and I must say I’m very pleased. It is NOT weighted at all and I wouldn’t pay full price for it but it is of good quality and very cosy, the fact that this company aims it at neurodiverse and then has a terrible delivery and customer service is beyond me.
That being said the ‘founder’ was very reasonable and helpful and I would be interested to see if they bring out an actual weighted product as I sleep with weighted blankets and a weighted hoodie would be very nice indeed.

Saw an ad on Instagram. Ordered a month ago, got given a Chinese tracking link, been weeks, contacted support and received the most chat gpt response. Was told it would be sent out again with new (Chinese) tracking link, which hasn't progressed.

They have faked their reviews on the website and lied about this hoodie being praised from mega fashion mags like Vogue, Elle, Grazia etc and anyone complaining in the comments of their Insta posts get deleted.

The only positive reviews are from people in the Netherlands, where this company is registered. Which are likely to be the owner's friends who aren't getting their clothes drop shipped from China :/ Whoever owns this small business should've prepared better. I wouldn't recommend them.

I love this hoodie so much, I bought it in a medium and it's slightly baggy on me, I'd say perfect mix between oversized and just right, Colour and quality is lovely and it definitely is weighted but not so much it's overbearing or too hot, just feels like a hug really! It's super soft inside and the sleeves are just the right amount of tight on the wrists. The hood is great too it's not majorly heavy or thick which is something I tend to find on hoodies like this but it's a good size to wear up if you need some extra comfort

I had some issues with shipping updates, as I ordered the hoodie on the 8th of August and received on the 1st of September, however I emailed the company and they got back to me super quick and explained about some issues they were having which I explained was fine I just wanted some updates, super friendly and helpful, definitely not something to worry about as seems to have been a one time thing - apart from that I don't have any other negatives, I'll definitely be looking at buying in more colours and checking out their joggers! :)

SCAM - SCAM - SCAM - SCAM - SCAM - SCAM

Ordered on the 15th of July 2025 with 3-4 working days delivery, by 21st of July I sent a query email, as there was no updates to the shipping tracking (Showing as not moved from there warehouse in CHINA!), this email was ignored.

I then left a comment on one of their sponsored ad's on Facebook on the 24th of July, they quickly private messaged me asking for me to open a live chat via their website, I done so and was told my order was fulfilled on the 23rd and I should expect it at my doorstep in 3-4 days but that I will also receive a personal discount code for further purchases.

9 days past and still no sign of delivery or any tracking updates (Still in China), 2nd of Aug I then started a chat with the company via messenger only to be told that the item 'Should have been delivered', I made it clear that nothing has been delivered (I have a ring doorbell and cctv surrounding the house), they then stated that I will receive a full refund and they will send out a new item for free.

On the 7th of August I started another live chat with this company as there was still no delivery, no tracking updates, nor a refund, I was told they can offer me a 50% refund (I stated that even on messenger chat I was promised a full refund and item) they quickly said that they are issuing a full refund 'as we speak', they then state the refund is processing via Shopify and I'll only get a notification once its complete, they also asked if I had received the new tracking link, I said no so was told this will be passed to the founder and that this request has been put in as high priority and I will receive a email immediately. I kept requesting the new tracking number via this chat but they constantly avoided this request. They then sent a screenshot of Shopify with a message saying the order has now been refunded and it will be in my account within 5 days. I then asked AGAIN for the tracking number in which they said 'The tracking link is not provided yet, as soon as I have it I will email it directly.' They then went on to say the item has been posted, they ship immediately and get the tracking afterwards to 'keep the speed in the process', please remember this is on the 7th of August.

I was then emailed on the 10th of August by the 'founder'. He states that 'now fully refunded your order' and I should expect the refund in my account within 10 working days, he then continued to say 'As the supplier has automatically cancelled the shipment on their side, the delivery will no longer be arriving.' He followed this statement with a 'as a gesture of goodwill I’ve added £15 store credit to your account'. I quickly replied to this email explaining how dissatisfied I am with this outcome and provided evidence of both the Facebook messenger chat and the live chat proving that I was promised a refund and the item resent free of charge. My reply to the 'founder' was completely ignored so after allowing 4 days for him to respond and fix this issue, I have decided to write this honest, factual review.

Please note I have copies of evidence with all my chat's and communications with this 'company', everything I have said has been 100% factual and exactly how it happened.

As a business 'selling' items that are meant to help those with neuro-diverse conditions, I find it absolutely disgusting that they use that to their advantage and as a scam, this has only caused me much more stress, anxiety and a huge waste of time.

All I wish is for this review to prevent at least one more scam.

After stumbling across HVY on instagram, I decided to order a cloud hoodie and a pair of joggers with hopes for them to help with my anxiety/adhd throughout the day without feeling weighed down.

I believe it took around 3/4 weeks for my order to arrive & upon arrival I could tell the hoodie was incorrect, so I reached out to the company (something I would usually never do) asking if they could confirm what happened/sort it out for me.

Soon after I received a response from the founder who apologised profusely about the error, explaining there's been issues on the logistics side of things and that now the issue has been rectified a new order was being shipped to me for no extra cost!

I originally thought the joggers I received were correct but I was notified that though I was sent the 'correct' product, I was falsely sent one of the sample pieces rather than the finished piece and I had another pair on the way,

Throughout this process, George kept me in the loop with what was happening and was really transparent with me, which I really appreciated.

The replacement order arrived much sooner than my original order and I'm beyond pleased with the quality of the products!

I wasn't expecting there to be such a difference between the joggers I originally received but they're truly everything I've been searching for in a pair of joggers.
The drawstrings matching the colour of them is such a lovely detail, the waistband creates a more flattering fit but also provides a comforting amount of pressure yet not too much that it's makes me uncomfortable/self conscious and honestly maybe my favourite thing is the back pocket! & the length is perfect for me! being on the shorter side, I expect most trousers to be too long for me unless stated they're specifically designed with shorter folk in mind but these fit perfectly! ₊˚⊹♡

& The hoodie???? wow.
it's hard to put into words the gentle/subconscious comfort it provides and it doesn't feel the slightest bit overbearing/suffocating. Immediately my favourite piece of clothing I own.

I was beyond impressed with the customer service I received & having worked in customer service for 5+ years I completely understand that complications happen from time to time :)

I also find it truly admirable that despite working a full time job, George was able to make the time to personally ensure my order was correct, arrange a replacement all the while, keeping me in the loop and not sugar coating any issues on their end.

The quality is well worth the wait and I'm highly considering ordering a weighted blanket from them when I have the money to do so.

THIS IS A SCAM!
Ordered over a month ago, order lost and poor attempts of excuses by the company/founder. Endless false promises and constant lies. I noticed how the first review was published followed by several others experiencing the same exact situation, this has been followed by clearly fake 5 star reviews from people trying to help the already sinking reputation of this Chinese based scam!

You will NOT receive any items that you purchase, and WILL have to fight for a refund back!

Amazing brand and really love what they stand for.. just got my 1st hoodie delivered within 5 days and its soo cozy, really feels like getting hugged. Love the slightly weighted design!

I placed an order on the 3rd of this month and still have not received my product. The customer service is ridiculous, they take forever to get back to you and as of now i’m being ignored because i’m still awaiting a reply in which i was told I’d hear from them within 24 hours, that was a week ago now. They’re excuse is that they’re doing this besides their regular jobs, if thats the case then you shouldn’t have a clothing company if you can’t fulfil a simple order or respond to a simple email but you’ll happily take our money.
Save yourself the stress and your money and stay away from this company!

Got the wrong product delivered at first due to some logistics issues. George, the owner did keep me updated throughout the entire process and even gifted store credit. After I addressed that I got a wrong product they immediately send out the hoodie I ordered. Just received the real Cozy Cloud Hoodie and really impressed with the weight and the extreme coziness. It’s sooo soft, I love it.

Would definitely buy here again, although the start wasn’t as good as advertised still 10/10 service for fixing the issue!

Don't bother shopping here. I've been waiting over 4 weeks for the item and have been lied to about delivery, shipping and everything under the sun multiple times from this brand.

When the "item" eventually arrived it was the wrong thing and not what was ordered at all. Wrong colour, bad quality, not a "weighted jumper" but a £2 product from a sweat factory.

I've requested a refund multiple times and they keep telling me that they will get the right thing out to me and it never comes. The "Founder" keeps messaging me to say how "sorry" he is and that he wants me to have a good experience but can't even answer a simple question about where the tracking link is and why I haven't got it yet.

They are a complete and utter scam. Don't waste your money.
