I started to order 2 bottles that came with drops, charger. Then I decided to check some reviews and backed out before sale was complete. It took my order. Ok so I kept them. Then a month later they bill me for drops and send them automatically. When I reach out they say sorry subscription is already on the way. If you want us to cancel future orders we will. They offer to give me 50% refund and keep the drops or send them back with me paying postage and 15% restocking fee. The next day, 7/3/26, I get an email that says thanks for ordering your new bottle with charger and drops. This company is a SCAM. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

at over $100 per bottle, failing at just over a year for both, is ridiculous

So far so Great! Mine works like a charm and my blood pressure is down significantly (several systolic readings below 100!!!) without any other changes. None above 120’s…I use mineral water mostly and Brita filtered water the rest, NOT TAP WATER. Using tap water gets poor results due to the chlorine!. Suggestion: HH should put it into the instructions to use good filtered water, mineral water, clean well water, etc for best results, do not use highly chlorinated water! (Such as found in most all municipal water works. Here is bit from a scientific paper:

The product didn't work. We didn't want another one. FIrst they offered expedited shipping. The product didnt' arrive in the promised time frame, no credit given. Then it didn't work. They tried to get me to keep a defective product for 1/2 price. Who would do that? It didn't work. Then, it cost $19 to return it. It didn't work. We ended up spending $48 for a product that was defective. Poor, poor way to do business.

I was diagnosed with stage 3 CKD a few years ago. Six months ago I had a creatinine level of 1.23 and a GFR of 45, both abnormal. I had tried lots of kidney friendly fluids and foods with no success. I read about Hydrohealth hydrogen water and decided to try it. For six months straight I had one bottle of hydrgen water per day. Today my new lab results sent me over the moon. My creatinine was 0.92 and the GFR was 63, all in normal range. This, with consistency, works! I highly recommend Hydrohealth water bottles.

I was very happy with my purchase and my kidneys have shown improvement but the appliance has quit working after less than 3 months of daily use. So very disappointed.

In September 2025, my husband Ed, developed Sepsis, and the paramedics who came to the house, told me that he was gravely ill and may not make it to hospital. I was numb with shock. We were teenage sweethearts who, through no fault of our own were apart for 39 years and we found each other again in 2016, and married in 2022. So to hear that my husband of three years was on the point of death, was devastating.

Ed was directly admitted to ICU, bypassing the emergency department. He was there for four weeks, and required a ventilator, and kidney dialysis. He also developed pneumonia and two perforated stomach ulcers.

Ed remained in hospital for two months and it was around the date of his discharge that I discovered the Hydrohealth bottle, through an email I received from the company, packed with very interesting information regarding the benefits of drinking hydrogen water. This really got my attention. It all made perfect sense, and it brought us a glimmer of hope during a very dark time in our lives.

With Ed's poor kidney function causing great concern, I did a little more research before ordering a bottle, but I received some AI feedback that told me that hydrogen water can damage the kidneys at a cellular level. My heart sank to my boots; then I remembered the email that I had received from Hydrohealth and I decided to reach out to ask them directly if the AI information was accurate. I received a very prompt reply explaining that the AI information was incorrect, and reassured me by explaining how it was wrong. The team were and are genuinely concerned about the false information I had received, and also for Ed, on his journey back to wellness. They could not have been more helpful and reassuring.

I ordered a Hydrohealth water bottle and Ed has been using it for approximately five months.
He attends the renal clinic for reviews.

I promised James and Gail that I would update them in a review, once we received Ed's latest report from the consultant.
We received the report today, and Ed is now asymptomatic of his renal impairment. His HbA1c (blood sugar ) is satisfactory, and his blood pressure, although raised due to the stress and anxiety of visiting the hospital, has dropped fron 184/104 to 146/86.

We are delighted with Ed's amazing progress since he started drinking Hydrogen water. He is also walking normally again, unaided. His energy is returning and he did some work in the garden last weekend.

We cannot thank Hydrohealth enough for their constant availability, genuine concern, advice and support throughout, and ongoing.

I did some research on the idea after following up on web promotion. Ordered the bottle and have been using it on a regular basis. I use only distilled water, keeps be everything clean and no heavy metals introduced and no risk of contaminations from chlorine. My kidneys are functioning much better

Since buying my hydro bottle ..I feel much better knowing it’s helping my CKD. Also got one for my daughter in law and my sister in law.

I reached out and got a response fairly quickly, and the person I spoke with was friendly and helpful. Everything got resolved without any hassle.

I received my Hydrohealth bottle early March, 2026. Initially, I started using the bottle and was not sure if there was any notable different. But, after a few days I began to notice some change in my breathing. I was not as tired. This encouraged me to continue using every day. I took on a cruise and began to notice that I was able to walk distance. So, I was happy to see that it was a good buy. But, then I went to use it and to my surprise it was not working. I kept trying to get it to work for a hours. I kept trying to get it to work. With no success I was not able to get it working.
This led to my contacting the company with my concern. It was surprising that there was a message received the same day. They made suggestions on what to do. I had tried a few of the suggestions.
After several messages and the lack of getting the bottle to work. They were very engaging with me.
Suggestions made lead to no resolution. I didn't have any indication on what the plan for resolve the matter. But, then I received a message that a Hydrohealth Bottle was being delivered the next day.
Wow, I was truly not expecting such a quick response. There were no questions asked. This is not something I had seen, and I was so surprised.
This is great customer service. I am so impressed that this company was willing to accommodate to meet the need of their customers.

Hydro health has changed my life. When I first saw the advert I was sceptical. However second time I listened to it all the way through and although, for me it was a lot of money I thought if it works it will be worth every penny, so I ordered it.
Last week after using the flask of water for just over 3 months I had my first kidney blood test. I have had stage 3 Kidney disease for quite some years so any improvement would be welcome. Yesterday my results came back completely Normal. I am so very delighted I bought the Hydro Health flask. I could tell it was working as I had stopped getting infection s. I highly recommend this product. It is worth every penny and I am going to continue to use it to ensure my kidneys stay in tip top condition.

Customer service was great in my case. I spoke with Dario who was friendly and took the time to understand my issue. Everything was sorted out faster than I expected, and the whole process felt smooth.

I was very impressed how fast it was delivered. I followed the instructions on cleaning it before I started to use it and that was very simple to do. I did have a problem with the power button cover on the front being partially off, but I managed to o get it back in on and I emailed them about it. I received a quick response about it and they assured me that since it's charging I don't have to worry about it being damaged and if I have issues in the future to o contact them and they'll help resolve any issues.
I've only had the hydrogen bottle for 3 days and it's been working fine. I use filtered cold water and drink it we I think 30 minutes of it being charged. I've had trouble sleeping and since using this for a few days I have slept really well. The water tastes really good and I prefer adding filtered cold water vs room temperature water. So far I do drink at least 4 bottles of water everyday.

I'll update more later when I've used this for a while and get my lab results back to see if it's helped increase my eGFR, which right now is 44, stage 3B kidney disease. This is the main reason I bought the Hydrogen Pro hydrogen water bottle.

Delivery was fast and the product came in good condition. After using if for a while, I can say it does what it's supposed to do. It's a reliable product and worth trying.
