Seamless transaction. After 60 days using hydrohealth my hair is so soft and not oily anymore, my acne is very rare these days and my kidney function (eGfr from 20 to 23) has improved by 3%.

Don’t waste your money. They do not refund your full purchase price for defective products, they charge a 15% restocking fee and you have to pay return postage with a signature guarantee. Mine is defective and they offered me 1/2 price return and I keep the broken product. I tried to back out of the transaction before it was confirmed and it would not let me. Beware that once you put your card number in you have paid even without confirmation. Customer Service sucks as well.

UPDATE: It's been 2 days since sending the video in to these scammers and I have heard NOTHING back from them. IGNORANT so and so's. I would not buy from them if they were the last business on earth. Don't get burned like us. Steer clear of these fraudsters. If you are in New Zealand, a reputable company that I use now for our hydr bottles is HYDROTECH. Very very good business with fantastic customer care. I have bought 4 of their bottles so far and all are going strong. Avoid HYDROHEALTH if you know what's good for you. They have a very legit looking website but it's all smoke and mirrors!! Beware.

Please stop buying products from this people they are fake people, they claim they deliver products to me no evidence of them delivering anything to my address

My bottle goes everywhere with me. I think I should probably buy a second one just in case.

I ordered a hydrohealth water bottle at the end of June 2025. I never received it so I emailed them and they were happy to resend it. Then I got an email stating that they had trouble delivering it, so I contacted them and they said they would resend it. It never arrived. It is now 2.5 months after ordering and spending my money. I emailed for a refund and they have yet to respond. I actually just wanted the bottle, but I wasted my money.

I was very disappointed with the company. I only wanted 1 hydro water bottle cause l didn't think my order had gone through l pressed the button and l ended up with 3 bottles. I tried to request to send 2 of them back. I received an email asking me why did l want to send them back. Then later l received another email requesting proof of receiving the bottles. Being told there's a mess with the dispatch of the bottles . After paying £500+ they wouldn't refund. Then again I received another email stating my order would be with me soon by 2 different people Hannah and James. So l said if l receive them then I would be sending them straight back and l had to put a stop on my account so they didn't take any more money. DISGUSTING!!!. This is America for you.

The unit is made very well and works great if you follow the instructions on operating it, charges up quickly and makes the bottle of water fast, keep the top loose, don't snug it down while it's in operation, everyone needs one of these units for great health benefits!

I stated I need to cancel all future orders and was advised no orders are set for the future. I will know more in a few weeks.

I'm giving Hannah 5+ Stars!!!!! I so appreciate her replies to my questions and her help. Hannah even sent a video to me to help with the question I had about leakage. The video helped; and the bottle no longer leaks. Hannah is a keeper!!!

Right now I do not have complaints against the bottle ,it is the consumer responce team,I have had issues from back in June and they still have not fixed the problem. I had bought 4 bottles they sent two now they will not send the other two, and will not refund the money for the missing two.

Received 2 bottles on July 14, 2025. One bottle worked fine but the other one was leaking. They asked for a video of the leaking bottle which I sent the next day. They asked if I had tried to unscrew and rescrew which I did but it still leaked which I told them. After going back and forth a few times they said they would ship a new bottle but nothing ever arrived.
After asking whether it had been shipped, they proceeded to send me two videos of how to fix the leak neither of which worked. Now they are ignoring my emails - very bad customer service!!

When first reviewing whether to order my hydrogen bottle, I read all the reviews & was pleased with all the comments that read, I was impressed. I ordered my bottle & started using it & within a few weeks I felt the results & I can truly say that I am feeling much better & when I travel, my bottle will be with me. I use it 2 to 3 times daily. . It's been a very enjoyable experience & the company is very fast to respond if you need to contact them.

When I first learnt of this product, it reminded me of a friend in Alaska that set up a water machine that did what these bottles are to do. There was a “craving” for that water once enjoyed for a few weeks, as it reaches those cells that often miss out! Anyhow I tried these bottles and absolutely amazed with the results, finding these to be a portable version of the fixed in home system my friend has. So I bought two of the best bottles I ever had, one for bedside and the other to travel with! And in about two weeks, here I am “looking forward to” the next glass of water! Thank you for the creation of such product that actually caters to health, hydration and well being!

I had several questions about the use of the HydroHealth bottle. Hannah resolved all of my concerns—with a little humor, too! 😊 She also responded quickly! I think she was TERRIFIC in helping me. A very nice rep!!

Hydroh is an excellent source of water, which has given me a burst of energy, and has decreased my inflammation. I would highly recommend it.

Within 3 days of using this system I began to feel more alert and energized. After a week I was able to be more aggressive to do things. I have referred people to this system.

I had a problem with a leaky gasket. I contacted customer service and got an immediate response. This assured me HydroHealth was real and not some scam. I was able to solve the problem myself, but it’s good you know HydroHealth will stand behind their product.
