Absolutely loved my order! I got the Mystery Box, V2 Free Spray Bundle and the 1L Bundle, and I’m really impressed with everything. The products are great quality, smell amazing and I’ve been really happy with how they perform.

The products are excellent and always bring my car to a high standard finish.
The surprise box that came with my order was full of extra car cleaning materials which I haven't used before but were of the same high standard.

Fantastic results with all the products purchased. Started with the x2 spay bottles with Pre and snow and added pretty much all other products to my car cleaning arsenal. Great results with less time spent on cleaning the car thanks to the pre and snow spray bottles.

I contacted Hydro uk after the plunger top of the bottle came off. The issue was sorted without fuss, Harry, who was excellent, friendly and apologetic, has arranged a replacement to be sent. A company can often be judged by how they react when there is a problem, although only a small issue, the response I received was excellent.
This is the second bundle I’ve ordered as the products are fantastic!

Had seen the ad for Hydro on my instagram for weeks and treated myself to the full kit. Arrived super quick and really pleased with how clean it got my car, easily halved the time it would usually take to get it that clean. Really impressed with the Detail product too, it's made the car look so shiny, just gutted I lost half of the bottle as the spray attachment didn't have a super tight fit, so the bottle fell over and I didn't realise it was leaking!
The underestimated product is definitely the drying towel, I've not used anything like that before, it's brilliant!

Ordering was easy and excellent. Shipping was very quick.

Aside, the cleaning solutions are great.

They are easy to use, car looked fantastic after use.

Highly recommend.

Had an overall great experience when chatting to Harry! Really good customer service!

I Purchased 2 pump bottles, pré wash & snow foam... Unfortunately 1 of my pump nosels was broken when it arrived. So I contacted Hydro UK. And delt with Harry via email.. I supplied him with all the info plus a short video. Which was what was asked for... And Harry promply sorted the issue... Sending out a new pump for my 2nd bottle. Thank you Harry.
In the mean time I couldn't wait for the replacement pump. So I persevered with 1 bottle doing both pré wash & snow foam.. And I was very impressed with the result. So was the wife, who's car it was.. I have since contact washed it & polished it... It is now a gleaming machine ..

Got the pre wash bundle , and the mystery box bundle !
Only product that actually worked was the wheel cleaner , hardly ground breaking product that turn the wheel purple !
The rest is absolutely awful , car looks clean after prewash and foam, but when it dries it's exactly the same as before !
Tried different quantities and ratios still the same result ! RUBBISH
Spay bottles kind of work , but have to pump all the way round the car !!

Don't believe the ads or the hype , this stuff is no better than washing up liquid !

Great product, had a slight issue but Harry was top tier in dealing with so massively grateful for that.

I tried Hydro and its not for me l spent more time pumping than l did spraying the fluid. I tried diffent levels of fluid within the bottle then pumped the bottle but nothing made any difference total waste of time.

Back to my trusted pressure washer and foam bottle for me

Had an issue with a product . Got incontact with Hydro and got a reply from Harry very quick with a resolution to the issue , in fact went above and beyond to sort out the issue. Excellent customer service from Harry at Hydro . Thank you Harry for sorting things so quickly and professionally. It seems the customer service at Hydro is just as excellent as there products

Products are alright but the v2 bottles need pumping everytime you finish a door or a panel really disappointed with the V2 bottles

Great customer service - I got an instant reply to an email about an incorrect item in my order at 9:30 at night, and a replacement item was shipped the next day!

Previously ordered a spray bottle, which failed outside of 6 month warranty.
Ordered two V2 spray bottles, only to have one fail on first use.
Full refund requested, but Hydro customer care is anything but straight forward. Various videos sent as requested. Now they won’t agree to full refund, and shipping charges are not included. If you are thinking about ordering from Hydro, I’d advise against it. My experience was not good.

Great costumer service and great product only problem if im brutally honest is i should of ordered MORE...easy to setup and use and great smelling and that's only the beginning,

All the products are amazing, I work for a small racing team and I bought the 5 L bundle. 5 L of pre-and 5 L of snow foam they brought the race truck amazing
