Helge Schünemann was very helpful in guiding me through the process and in helping me get the right documents. He was able to help me in English which is my main reason for using Hypofriend. His guidance was on target and correct. The estate agent had false information and Helge talked with him directly to help move the process along. The agent was not easy to work with but Helge still managed. This has been a very positive experience for me.

My experience with this company and also with Mrs Cora Meyer was extremely good.
Everything went very smoothly and well organized. She has lots of experience and gave me useful tips.

My wife and I have been in touch with Henryk from Hypofriend over the last 6 weeks. I have a background in B2C FinTech and know my way around the ecosystem quite well. There are not a lot of FinTech Services I can really recommend.

- They proactively negotiate for you with the banks and pass on better interest rates (unheard of in B2C FinTech ;)).

I bought a really nice apartment with Hypofriend and, being an expat with limited German, I was impressed by how easy the process ultimately was. My advisor, Sven Gehle, was very helpful with finding the best rate on the market for me (the best part) and also helped with communications with the banks and the real estate agent. He also kindly previewed my paperwork before it went out to the banks and the notary, which was reassuring. If you are on the lookout for property in Berlin, you might want to book a consultation with them. You’ll be in safe hands.

Hypofriend team made mortgage application process very easy to follow. We felt supported through the whole journey and our questions were always answered.

I really liked the service Hypofriend provided. Most important thing is, my consultant helped me decrease the interest rate from 2.77% to 2.47%. It saved me a lot of money. Also I can book phone / video appointments easily on the platform. The consultant replied and reacted fast. Great experience in general.

Es ging überraschend schnell, spontan Kontakt aufzunehmen und eine Beratung zu erhalten. Dank der freundlichen Hypofriend-Mitarbeiterin haben wir innerhalb sehr kurzer Zeit eine Finanzierungszusage erhalten und konnten uns dadurch unsere Wunschimmobilie sichern. We‘ve been continuously in contact with Hypofriend for about 7 months. At the beginning our advisor was Sven Gehle. Later we were in contact with Martin Kaminski. Both of them were pretty responsive and knowledgeable. They supported us responsively in different cases for property value estimation, finding a good mortgage deal and etc. Obviously because of various reasons many of those cases didn’t end up to a closing deal but they kept assisting us. Fortunately, we‘ve been recently able to close our deal by constant support of Martin. I just wanted to let whoever having the same journey know that, Hypofriend can make your process of finding a financing option much easier and faster.

Absolutely fabulous, super helpful service! Hypofriend held my hand through the entire process including a solid two years of searching and gave me honest and helpful advice. I went through the process with two separate team members from Hypofriend (Adrian and Julia) and both were kind, knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions I had.

Both Nicole Weichert and Cora Meyer were incredibly helpful and understanding. I found the whole process very intimidating especially not as a native German speaker, they walked me through the process at every step and were patient when I didn't understand. I don't think I could have gone through the process without them!

Taking mortgage in a foreign country without speaking local language is a bit scary. Fortunately such companies exists! It was really a great help along the process, besides initial calls, we exchanged tens of emails along the way and made it happen. Thanks a lot!
