Fraud company.. doesn’t send the order u actually place .. no communication.. no refund .. no return address.. do not buy from this scammers..

This online store do not deliver what they advertise, avoid at all cost or fall into the same trap as I did where I paid good money for a product that was so far removed from what was advertised it was laughable. I then sent emails requesting a refund along with photos to be told that they were not receiving them and that the warehouse will look into. This went on for weeks, until I was told that they could no longer refund as it had past the 7 day return policy !! They even have the audacity to sign off the email as Heidi Hi. Con artists - they need shutting down

The telescope is a piece of junk. I wasted my money. The items are not what they described. This is a fake company taking advantages of customers

Poor communication and quality. Have received an item which isn't as pictured (copy of original it seems) and also poor sizing (on the generous side, so far too big)
Have attempted several times to contact and arrange return but have not yet had one reply
I have paid through PayPal so hopefully I can sort this eventually

I paid over $120 for some dresses and harnesses that were advertised to me and led me to this website. I ordered them on January 7th, on January 14th I emailed requesting an update since the tracking said it had not been shipped yet. I was told it would ship soon and that I ordered a dress that was being ordered frequently. I received the package on February 20th. When I opened it I noticed none of the clothes I received were what I ordered. Many were in the wrong size completely. It had been shipped from China, despite the contact number being from the UK so I am assuming it was a dropshipping website. I contacted customer service again on February 20th to request a refund for the items that were not sent to me. I sent the pictures the same day "Molly' responded on the 24th. It is now February 28th and I have not received any updates, or a refund for the money I paid her company that did not send the correct items. After looking on facebook, I noticed that there were many of the same complaints that I had. Her business page on facebook is constantly being reported as a scam and there are tons of comments about the scamming. When her page on facebook is taken down, or it becomes filled with customers dissatisfied or upset they were scamed, she creates a new page and pops up somewhere else.

Do not purchase with this scam company. Ordered a stained glass suncatcher. Was sent a pvc (plastic sheet) cutout with a piece of printed paper glued to it.

Return and refund have been refused at this point.

Avoid this company seems to me to be nothing but a scam, selling inferior products from China at premium prices. They sent me a smart watch which very poor quality and didn't even work. They refused to refund my money, saying I had returned the item to a third party address even though it was the address on the packaging! Their customer care is none existent and they are far more interested in hanging on to the money than ensuring customer satisfaction.
From the supply of cheaply sourced, inferior goods to appalling customer service this company is not worth the risk, nothing to be gained here.

Fake Vivienne Westwood products and overpriced for fakes. Comes from China, website has telltale signs if you look closely. Avoid!

This item is not worth getting. The charge on the battery is cheap and not very long lasting. Initial delivery issues which the "company" Anyell does not take responsibility. It is from the Chinese market and agents were very poor on communication to resolve issues with regards to delivery. Yes, you pay for what you get. The quality is inferior. I would advise not buy this product from this company. You will be disappointed as I am!! I see it as a test trial for the real item.

I ordered October 4, 2020 and they said it was shipped October 17th. Coming from China it arrived so it said December 15 sitting in a Toronto Postal. I have yet to see this, understandably with this Covid thing going on but come on. I have notified PayPal, this an item

Do not purchase anything from this company I have been waiting since the end of December for my order and I still haven't received my order. I went on amazon and purchased the same items for cheaper. I sent an email requesting an email and they refuse to refund my money because its in transit however I kept saying I no longer want the product and Rachel keeps saying she can not issue a refund. This is horrible customer service.

Never ever use funfaci! My daughter spent all her Christmas money on a £32 sweatshirt. What arrived was not worth £1. Shiny cheap rubbish. I soon realised I was dealing with a China based company due to the 24 hr time lag in message responses. After a week of ridiculous requests for photos and offers of a £10 voucher for my next shopping experience with the (HA!) and £5 compensation I eventually was given a return address in China. It has now cost me £16 to return it and this morning I had a further message telling my the original shipping costs will also be taken from the refund. So I expect little, if no money back at all. I see the website can no longer be reached and I am unable to sign into my account. An absolute scam and a lesson learnt in not reading reviews before buying from a new source. 96% bad reviews on here!

I ordered a Tracker Watch for my Son for Christmas from Anyell Online (advertised on Facebook). I brought it on the 30th Nov, and received it over 2 weeks later. On Anyell's advert, it says to scan a QR code on my phone to get the App. Then it says to scan another QR code on the back of the Watch to register the phone with the App to make it active. There was NO QR code, only a barcode. On the 28th Dec, i emailed (email on their advert) them saying there's no QR code on the back of the Watch to scan on the app. I had no reply. After sending 6-7 more emails to them, I got a reply asking for photos to explain myself ( even though i had previously added the photos on the previously sent emails). Again no reply. After losing patience having no help or any email or any contact from them, i asked for a refund. To which they replied instantly. Saying, no refund as i didn't ask within 30 days of purchase. Considering we received the Watch over 2 weeks since buying it and emailing them for help, I found that extremely rude and thoughtless. All i wanted originally is a QR code. DON'T BUY FROM ANYELL SHOP. No help, no advice, no good.

I ordered lights from this store and an order from some store called horizon came what I got was false advertising as the lights were not the same they were broken and missing parts also as stated should have been 8pkts of lights and 8 pks free as s £38 for pound store lights I have pay pal investigating this.

I ordered from this company under the name of Truenjoy what was supposed to be large outdoor pre-lit stag and Doe and it said suitable for commercial use! Said they were reduced from £73-£23 so I bought for costing nearly £90. What I received was for small rattan ring Diyor new more than 12 inches high they were not electrical but had a battery pack with lights that you were supposed to connect yourself. I could’ve bought these in pound land they have offered me a 7% reduction which I refused had to open a PayPal dispute in the end
They are a scam company who are misleading people and seemingly getting away with it 😡

This company is an absolute disgrace being trying to return boots that are the wrong size plus the quality is awful. Supposed to be leather but it’s felt and plastic. Just realised it’s gone to coat £30 to return these boots. So there’s no point, as boots £39.00. Don’t buy anything from this company plus they could how similar names. Boots in bin 🤬
