ordered a 5ft santa ....and got a metal ring to wear on my finger !!!!!!!!

Wish I didn't have to give a star. Ordered an ice machine. Got a plastic mug. No contact information to return fortunately bought with pay pal so going to raise a claim.

Absolute Scam of a company. Ordered some boots took weeks to arrived, they sent the wrong colour and size, about 20 emails later with photos of what they sent me still wouldn't give me the address for return. Finally I went through PayPal they gave me the return address and yes guess what they're in China, would cost £30 to return which they wouldn't pay for, finally got half my money back without returning boots but still £25 out if pocket. The quality for the boots was also rubbish. So my advise is avoid at all costs. My lesson learned it only but from UK suppliers.

Purchased a floor lamp for this company, after a month was told it had been shipped, only for two cheap LED strips to arrive, this was nearly two months after I had first ordered and paid for the floor lamp. I emailed the contact who said I could keep the LED's and would I except a refund of 6 dollars I refused this offer and a week later was offered 16 dollers claiming he had been let down by the manufacturer. I replied that was not my concern and asked for a full refund, I am still waiting after nearly 3 months

This is a complete SCAM. Ordered a metal construction kit on the strength of a Facebook ad. What came bore no relation to what I ordered. I can't find where they are based to remonstrate in person as emails go unanswered.

Ordered a 16" Disney Christmas Carossel which light up which cost £30 with p&p and was sent a novelty plain Christmas tree 5cm high .... what a joke and such a scam .... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Absolute scam...ordered an electric Disney Xmas tree carousel.(approx 3ft high).... received a little Plastic Xmas tree ,no bigger than my thumb....AVOID!!!

I ordered two item U saw on Facebook as Christmas presents costing £65. One being a drone. It arrived damaged. Who ships delicate item in a jiffy bag? This item was supposedly insured. The other item looks like a bargain basement piece you might pay £5 for! Several emails have passed, still no sign of my money being returned. I been scammed. Be warned!

Do not buy anything from these scammers.
I m exchanging multiple emails from more than a month trying to request return refund and they either dont reply or they dont wanna give me my money back and provide return details

Do not use this company. I ordered shoes that took 5 weeks to arrive and when they did they were 3 sizes too small and had creases in the leather. My complaint with accompanying photographs was answered by " If there are no quality problems with the product it won't be supported to return". THEY ARE TOO SMALL AND DAMAGED!! Scam!!

Nach ca. 1 Woche Ladekabel erhalten und erfüllt seinen Zweck. Gibt nichts zu meckern.

Punktabzug, da Paket-Tracking-Nr nicht funktioniert hat.

Habe ein Ladekabel für mein Macbook Air bestellt. Auf der Webseite war zu lesen: wird in 1 - 2 Tagen geliefert. Bestellung dauerte dann Wochen und dann wurde ein Netzteil mit amerikanischem Stecker nach Deutschland geliefert. Auf meine Beschwerde sollte ich den völlig zerstörten Briefumschlag mit dem Teil nach China schicken, wo ich mich weigerte. Dannach wollten Sie ein Foto von dem Netzteil, daß sie dann nicht richtig identifizieren konnten. Ich kann NUR abraten, von dieser Firma was zu kaufen!
