Don’t trust positive feedback!! It’s fake

Did the order at 10.3.25 - no update- nothing - no one answer - no email, Facebook, Instagram !! I read a lot bad reviews here but saw positive as well so don’t Trust to positive . Here’s the message for you - don’t order at this site !!! I did mistake - you will not do

Regarding the delay in shipping your order, we share your frustration and would like to clarify that this was due to an issue with receiving a product from the brand. The products we had in stock had a short expiration date, and we chose not to send a product that was nearing expiration. On March 12th, we informed you that the order would be shipped within two business days, but unfortunately, the product did not arrive in time to allow for shipment. While we had planned to ship your order today, we immediately processed the cancellation and full refund upon your request.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Our goal is always to provide the best possible service, and we regret that we fell short of your expectations in this instance.

What a shame this company

What a shame this company! I shopped a product online, they told me he couldn’t deliver it ‘cause there was nobody who can take it, and they made a refund but they took almost $10.00 of the total price I payed! That was so annoying! Never gonna shop ur products again!!!

I made an order & heard nothing

I made an order & heard nothing. Worried, I emailed to ask where it was. They came back straight away and said they were most sorry I had not been notified. After that they were brilliant. They tracked it for me every inch of the way and even involved the Royal Mail. Can’t speak highly enough of them as they acquired a product that is hard to get in the UK. Well done all

Never received my order

Been robbed. Ordered in Oct 2024, after 3 weeks there was no change in the shipping status, so I wrote to their CS. They responded that the item got stuck in custums. after addtl 3 weeks I asked for an update but was never responded. my order was never received as well...
my advise -
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE !
Dissapointment assured.

- Flight Suspensions: In October, flight suspensions to Israel caused by the ongoing security situation led to several weeks of delays.
- Customs Delays: Israeli Customs is currently not processing orders on a FIFO (First In, First Out) basis, resulting in unpredictable and extended processing times.
- Limited Control Over Customs Procedures: Customs clearance is managed by government entities, and unfortunately, we are unable to influence these processes.

Throughout this time, we remained in contact with Israel Post to monitor your order's status and investigate its progress. If, for any reason, an order is not delivered, we are happy to offer a resolution—whether it’s a refund or a reshipment—based on your preference.

Euro sunscreen source

These guys are in Portugal. I ordered several tubes of La Roche Posay sunscreen on 11/30. FedEx delivered to me in California on 12/5. I'll be ordering my sunscreen from them from now on for as long as they offer it (or until the US finally catches up and allows its sale in the US).

I never received the product ordered 15…

I never received the product ordered 15 septembre it is now November 17 2024 at first they were very responsive but later after telling me item was stuck at the mail of Israel I checked and item never left Portugal I did not receive a refund despite telling them I would complain. To the European consumer order- I gave indivia the number of my complaint and yet I still was not offered a refund
I am still hopping will get my 260 euros or so if refund

Good quality products and customer service

I had I few problems with the payment and i email their customer support team which in 1 day answered me and helped me with the whole purchase process. They were kind, helpful and friendly while being very efficient and a few days after I got my products which were all in perfect condition and amazing quality.
