No recomiendo porque recientemente …

No recomiendo porque recientemente pedí una crema, nunca he tenido que firmar por recibir una crema al momento de la entrega porque se supone que las entregas que requieren firman son cosas de demasiado valor y no es el caso, me contacte y me dijeron que ya no pueden hacer más porque ya estaba en manos de USPS todas las formas de contacto que me dieron ninguna me hacía valido al número de seguimiento que ellos me brindaron en fin mi producto era como si no existiera en USPS y nunca recibí mi producto

Entendemos su frustración y nos gustaría explicar que, según la información proporcionada por USPS, que también fue compartida con usted, hubo un intento de entrega dentro del plazo establecido, pero que no tuvo éxito. Después de este intento, USPS dejó un aviso en su buzón para que pudiera recoger el paquete en la oficina de correos, pero, según nos informó, no se realizó la recogida. Desafortunadamente, tras el plazo para la recogida, el producto fue devuelto a nosotros. Tan pronto como recibimos la confirmación de la devolución, procesamos inmediatamente el reembolso de su pedido.

Con respecto a la firma en la entrega y al tipo de envío seleccionado, nos gustaría aclarar que el envío postal normal puede tener algunas limitaciones en cuanto a las actualizaciones de seguimiento y opciones de entrega. Esta información fue claramente indicada durante el proceso de compra, ya que el tipo de envío seleccionado no permite la elección de horarios específicos para la entrega.

Lamentamos los inconvenientes causados y quedamos a su disposición para brindarle cualquier información adicional o asistencia que necesite.

Don’t order from here

My order was never delivered and then they refused to refund me or respond to my emails regarding the matter. Please don’t order from here, they are scamming people.

Great Experience

I bought 10 bottles of Thealoz Duo eye drops on 3/27/2024 with free shipping at the best price on the internet for that day. I received them at home in Canada on 4/2/2024 (6 days) in perfect condition. The website is easy to use, there were a lot of tracking updates from Idivia during shipment. It was a great experience. I placed an order (#384568) on Feb 26…

I placed an order (#384568) on Feb 26 and was told it would arrive in 2 weeks. It is now March 15 with absolutely no update. I clicked on "Contact Us" and submitted a request for update with absolutely zero response. I posted on X (Formerly Twitter) and again no response. The customer service quality is unacceptable as you are sitting in the dark with no idea of when to expect the delivery.

I placed my order early January &…

I placed my order early January & quoted 10 working days delivery. Its now 5th March & I'm still waiting. I've emailed a number of times & been advised first to wait, then that there's an issue with the carrier, then ignored. I've requested a refund in the last two contacts & no progress. Don't risk it ....parcels go missing & delays happen but to take money & stop replying when you ask for a refund as the order is clearly lost (tracking hasn't updated since 18th Jan) suggests this is not a reliable business

I’ve been using SkinCeuticals products…

I’ve been using SkinCeuticals products for years and I felt like the products I received (SkinCeuticals Silymarin & SkinCeuticals Phyto A+)were not genuine). I could notice the difference specially with the Phyto A+ which came in a darker green color and was thicker in consistency then the original version purchased directly from the SkinCeuticals website. Will not be ordering SkinCeutical products from this site ever again.
