Marre de me désinscrire toute le semaines aux mails sans que ce change quoi que ce soit. Même en les contactant rien à faire !!!!

I am just charged for a plan that I will not use. I forgot to cancel the free trial. I tried to contact to the support to cancel and get a refund just after 2 minutes of charge. Their faq pages says no refund and they dont have a support available in the weekends besides the bot. And they hide the cancelation button on mobile. How is this even legal? Disappointing…

Update: They refunded me on monday.

Not sure whats more disappointing, their support or their service. Applets keep crashing, support is lacking, it feels like ifttt is nowhere to be found. If you want help, you're better off asking fellow users. Treat your community better ifttt

Jeg tilmeldte mig IFTTTs “name your price forever”-kampagne og valgte en pris i god tro, fordi de lovede, at den ville være fast resten af livet. Jeg har endda beholdt mit abonnement i lange perioder uden rigtigt at bruge det – udelukkende for at sikre, at min pris forblev låst, som de selv garanterede.

Alligevel har IFTTT nu hævet min pris. Det er svært at tolke som andet end et brud på et meget klart løfte. Når man markedsfører en pris som “locked in for life”, så forventer man, at virksomheden står ved det. Det handler ikke om beløbets størrelse, men om troværdighed og vildledende markedsføring.

A service that could be great, but instead is very unreliable. Doesn't fire the trigger at the right time - the delay keeps increasing to the point that there is a several hours (or more) delay for a trigger where more than a 1 minute delay would not be acceptable. I was looking forward to becoming their pro customer, but was persuaded away by their seriously delayed triggers!

Not worth paying for since most of the automations can be handled through Google or Amazon Alexa.

I canceled my free trial. But apparently I didn't according to them. So, I'm on the hook for a year of a service that I'm not going to use. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Too many applets fail over time and need searching for alternatives. Also stealth "upgrade" to Pro+ from Legacy for twice the money was scummy.

I can't make head nor tails of this crap. There is no way to contact anyone to ask for advice. I am going to cancel my subscription and dump this piece of crap from my computer

Youtube doesnt work, Discord Doesnt work, Instagram didnt work for a while.
3 major services with problems. Makes me question does anything even work?

I paid pro and since nothing worked asked for a refund and was denied.

In 2020 they offered to move me to a Pro subscription on the basis I could fix a price forever, as features I was using were no longer free. This was understandable.

In 2024, they decided to define 'forever' as 3.5 years, and proceeded to double my subscription price.

I cancelled immediately and found another solution.

Pretty pathetic service. No Alexa, Apple TV or Harmony options anymore. Glad I never paid for the Pro version.

Der Hauptgrund für die schlechte Bewertung war das Webhooks oft nicht gingen. Nun vergebe Ich die Mitte.

Nach mehrmaligem Anschreiben habe Ich dann tatsächlich jemand erreicht der sich dem Problem angenommen hat, und es konnte tatsächlich gelöst werden.

Dafür wurden einige Tage geschrieben und mehrere Webhooks von mir getestet und es wurden Fehler festgestellt wenn bestimmte Zeichen im Text enthalten waren.

Leider bleibt aber immer noch die Sache dass der Preis für die Early Bird Nutzer einfach erhöht wurde.

Auch bleibt das Problem das immer mehr Firmen den Dienst verlassen, und dafür werdet Ihr einfach zuteuer.

Paid for the app despite only wanting it to arm my Blink camera system when leaving home and disarm it on arrival.
There are 2 applets that appear to do this but they don't work. Support sent me a link to reset the location but still not working.
I'd like a refund as this has been a complete waste of time and money.

Removed money from my account without authorization, contacted them serval times over several weeks, no reply, no refund, not to be trusted since amazon dropped them.

They launched a campaign where they were selling Pro for life for $1.99/month. That was the only reason i bought it. After around 3 years they increased the prices. When I, like many, complained they said that it's not enough. When i tried to fight this over email, they said that they are going to cancel my subscription because of an unpaid bill from months back. If that's the reason they give why did they not cancel it then why did they have me continue to pay.

IFTTT unterstützt viele Funktionen und Automatisierungen die einem auch im Alltag helfen. Mit der Free variante kann mal leider nur sehr wenig machen. Sonst funktioniert alles Top !

Sudden removal of basic features I was using daily without any notification. No self-respecting tech firm does that - you get regular emails notifying you of a change with a planned date. Greed has killed a platform that was once great and well worth paying for. It's now dead and useless. Congrats guys. You'll be out of business in a couple of years.

Without notice disabled my applets stating I need to sign up for the pro subscription.

Bad business.
