I am laughing, singing, screaming and crying all at the same time if that is even possible. Thank you IGNI for the work carried out at my house on Friday. New boiler, loft insulation, window vents and extractors in bathroom and living room, and cavity wall insulation. I used to spend my winters with blankets around me and full outdoor wear on when I go in the kitchen during the winter. I could actually see my own breath it was that cold in there, even though the central heating was on, this big old draughty house was unbearably cold. Your guys came around to the house, very professional and polite. They were superstars.... got the job done brilliantly. Thank you IGNI!

After enquiring for my 80 year old…
After enquiring for my 80 year old mother online I had a immediate response from IGNI the same day requesting some evidence of my mums benefits. The whole process was so simple and a survey was arranged within a week. The surveyor was very professional and respectful of my mums age and the fact she is hard of hearing and suggested she had other improvements as well as a new boiler to increase her energy efficiency such as a thermostat, new valves on her radiators and cavity wall insulation. Work started within a week and the company used to carry out the work, RZ eco energy Ltd, we're impeccable. They were fast, professional and left my mums house exactly as they found it, my mum is honestly over the moon. I was very sceptical about the whole thing initially but cannot recommend IGNI or RZ eco energy ltd, enough.

IGNI are amazing
After first enquiring on behalf on my 95 year old neighbour ,an IGNI surveyor called round the week after to see what they could help with.
A new boiler, new window vents and kitchen an bathroom fans where offered to my neighbour all free of charge. This made my neighbour very happy.. then 2 weeks after that the installers turned up to do the job. The workers where very nice an did a fantastic job. My neighbour will be very comfortable this winter with his new combi boiler . He sends his regards to IGNI for there help. . I would fully recommend them to anyone eligible to receive there services.. thankyou IGNI and everyone involved for helping my lovly 95 year old neighbour

Boiler fitted with a grant
Had a boiler, window vents, 2 thermostatic valves on 2 of the radiators and flue redirection.
They also put in a flue redirection in as the flue was close to a window, if it wasn't for IGNI I wouldn't have a working boiler so.im grateful of what they have done for me.
If we can get the few probs sorted out it will be great

Speedy and Efficient
I am in shock by the speed and efficiency of the whole process. I completed the grant information on a Friday evening, by Monday I had a phone message from Igni, I spoke to them on Tuesday, the survey was done the following day (he was very late, but as I was home all day I will overlook this), by Saturday my 36 years old boiler was replaced with a lovely new one. Not only that, they were kind enough to fit a new shower (I supplied the shower) as my previous shower was not compatible with the new boiler system, they also replaced my leaking taps (I paid the fitter for the taps) and also fitted in 2 new radiators ( I had already purchased these and was looking for a plumber to fit) I have a disability and the installers emptied the cupboards and put items back, cleaned up after themselves. They were polite and professional at all times. Igni were very quick all done from application to installation in a week, I was expecting to wait months! I would recommend their services

I can’t praise IGNI enough!
My experience with this company has been absolutely amazing. I had a survey on my home first off all. I gave all the requirements that was needed and was accepted for a new boiler, loft insulation, window vents and cavity wall insulation. And within two days of the survey being taken out I had the work carried out. My boiler had broken on a Saturday and by Friday I had a new one installed. Everyone involved from the telephone team, the surveyor and the team that carried out the work were polite, professional and respectful. The work that was done was done with care in a very clean respectful manner. Honestly I can’t thank you enough for everything and I would highly recommend this company.

Incredible experience
Called IGNI one day and they were out the next to do the survey and the new boiler was arranged and fitted within 48 hours the survey team were professional and polite even removing there shoes when entering my mother's house, the Installation team arrived and started the installation but not before calling me to tell me what the process for fitting the boiler was going to be and the position of everything. They removed the old backboiler and hot water tank before completing the installation and taking away all the old equipment. Can't believe how easy it was and how helpful all the staff were from start to finish what's more impressive was that it all came Free. YES FREE because of the energy saving program. Exceptional service

I would highly recommend IGNI
I would highly recommend IGNI. Firstly they did a survey and installation very soon after I called them. IGNI arrived on time and were very well mannered.
During installation they were very careful not disturb the house, or myself, anymore than they needed to.
I have a back injury at the moment and IGNI made sure I didn’t have to lift anything. The workmen took everything out and put everything back before they left.
The products they used were of high quality and their workmanship neat and tidy.
Again, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, especially if you like a fast and efficient approach to work.
