AMAZING is what this is , within a week my mum went from no heating or hot water to a brand new combi boiler , all new wiring they took the water tank away insulated everywhere and cleaned up , the men were so polite and worked so hard , all it took was a phone call from me and they done the magic

Firstly the whole scheme is amazing! I couldnt believe it, I even said to the engineers 'are you sure its free?' 🤣 courteous, friendly, personable guys. They cracked straight on with it all, tidied up after, a pleasure to have in the house! Thankyou so much you made a poorly pregnant lady so so happy, after being let down and left with a dangerous leaking boiler by another company 🥹 I just cant believe I'd not heard of them before.
The anxiety of not having the money for a new boiler was absolutely consuming me and I'm so glad I decided to swallow my pride and see what help was out there. 💖

I could not be more pleased with the level of service I received from IGNI. After my initially enquiry (26/08) I had an email asking for a few documents, by the next morning someone phoned to arrange an inspection of the existing boiler and of the property (29/08). They then called to arrange instillation of a new boiler, bathroom extractor fan, loft insulation and trickle vents on the windows on the Monday (01/09). They then came back the next day (02/09) to do the wall cavities. Could not recommend this service enough. All of the people I spoke to on the phone and who worked on my property were polite, professional and respectful. Thank you IGNI

I would like to say how impressed we were with the service we received from IGNI.

We applied for a grant for a new boiler on Thursday 11th , IGNI phoned us the following morning to discuss and arrange a survey that was conducted on Monday and the boiler was installed on Wednesday 17th.
The three man team that carried out the installation were polite and hardworking,
only stopping for one short break all day and working well into the evening to complete works, which was carried out to a high standard, and left clean and tidy.
The foreman, I think his name was Gudrap, still took the time to explain the controls and answer our questions, even though it was late and they had a long drive home.
A big thank you to all involved for all their efforts!

I applied for the grant and got a call straight away! Everything was handled by IGNI. The first energy company was unable to help, but IGNI got straight onto the next company, and they came out within days. It was a really quick, stress-free process. The loft team and the gas engineers were really kind and respectful, going above and beyond to help and making sure to clean up after themselves. I would 100% recommend it.

Had survey done on Fri 12th September and new boiler, loft insulation and extractor fans and new pipe work fitted yesterday 17th September I didn't think it was possible to get all the work done as quickly as that. 3 workmen very professional and courteous throughout would highly recommend to anyone. IGNI have been great also throughout the whole process.

After buying a new home and nothing raised on the Home Report, we were surprised to find the boiler didn't work!!

Looking online, I thought half hearted. I'll give it a go and completed the online questionnaire.

I was surprised for my mobile to ring within half an hour. It was Hussain, asking me a few questions and asking for some photos of our existing boiler.

Several days later, Asad was here to do the survey. I received an email that evening to say we had been approved and that they would be back to the house on Tuesday to do the work.

It took just FOUR days. The three polite and courteous men arrived about noon and were finished around 5. They removed the old insulation, bagged it and put it in their van to dispose of, reinsulated the loft (we have a large loft), removed the old boiler installed a new boiler, installed a extractor fan in the bathroom.

Asad, told me they do very little jobs in Scotland, as us Scots are too sceptical, as in "you don't get something for nothing". I was one of those Scottish people!!!! No need and No hidden agenda.

I cannot recommend IGNI enough. They are professional, efficient and ever so quick. 5*+

Had an appalling experience when IGNI recommended a partner contractor called, Berks Insulation.
I’m out of pocket as they both failed to get my boiler installed. Everything was good to go and grant fully approved. Coordination and miscommunication just made it impossible.

I couldn't believe the efficiency and level of professionalism of the service provided. I had only enquired about a grant to install a new boiler, through a recommendation from Social Services. The response to have an evaluation was almost immediate and the surveyor booked within the same week. The survey included my whole property and it was identified I would also benefit from cavity wall insulation and venting to certain rooms, The whole process was explained carefully to me in a language someone of, shall we say, a lady of more advanced years with limited technical knowledge. At all times I was kept apprised of the process and checks made for my consent and availability. The workmen took into consideration my health issues and treated me with compassion and respect, while passing no judgement on my circumstances. The work being done far exceeds my expectations, and I can actually look forward to this winter without the usual feeling of dread, I wish I had appreciated the help and assistance available sooner, and had swallowed my pride to ask for help. We are often told that if it seems too good to be true it usually isn't. This is definitely the exception to prove the rule. Words cannot express my gratitude of being given this opportunity to improve my living conditions. a massive thank you to everyone involved.

I was very cautious when I filled out the form online to see if I would qualify for a new boiler but to my surprise IGNI have been nothing but helpful and professional from the start!
A week to the day from filling in the form I have had my boiler fitted along with roof insulation. The communication was good and the crew that came to fit my boiler were friendly and very helpful! They cleaned up everything as they went and made sure my property was well looked after. A fantastic service from start to end would highly recommend.

Although quite sceptical when applying for a boiler grant I was extremely grateful that I was accepted and received a free boiler, loft installation and window vents.
The issue that has prompted me to give 4 stars is the commutations after acceptance wasn’t great. I wasnt aware that loft installation needed to be carried out, (therefore I hadn’t cleared the area) that holes would needed to be drilled, thermostats placed in middle of walls, trunking attached to my celling and as a single lady a heads up that there would be 6 men working in my house would have been great . Having said that the fitters were all nice men and worked hard to get the job done.
And I have already recommended IGNI to a friend.

I can’t believe how fast the process was , I filled in the application on line and within a week the cavity wall insulation was done. I highly recommend this company. I’m so happy with the work , and the fact that the team explained everything to me, and they worked constantly to get it done , they covered everything in the plastic sheet stuff beforehand, and cleaned up afterwards, thank you ☺️

I called igni 7 days ago to enquire for a new boiler and whatever my property required they were effiecent and helpful from the get go! I had my survey completed two days after the phone call and they completed the install 5 days later ! I had a new boiler, thermostat fitted as I currently didn’t have one, all new thermostats on all the radiators of my property and loft installation!

Brilliant service throughout the whole process !

We contacted IGNI by way of having a new boiler installed. With their friendly help and expert knowledge, we were then put in touch with a Rep from RZ Eco energy ( who came to do the initial assessment ) and then the Boys from H&P Solutions. Smart H&P Solutions, arrived as promised ( I have mobility issues and so had to get help preparing and moving things, so they could work efficiently ) and carried out all explained works in an extremely professional and exemplary manner. They were patient ( with my questions } and extremely thorough. They explained everything I needed to know about operating and maintaining the new boiler and apart from a hitch with piping which was embedded inside the kitchen wall ( Our house is over 100 years old ) and which they rectified very quickly - everything went off as planned. Both Top Blokes !
Please pass on our sincere thanks to both of these friendly and hard working professionals. They worked non stop, from arrival and only stopped for a coffee once everything was almost done !
We would highly recommend the Teams at IGNI, RZ Eco energy and especially Smart H&P Solutions, to anybody thinking about boiler replacement and wishing to undertake their services in the future.

This process has been so easy from start to finish. We started the process about a week ago. I honestly didn't expect it to get done so fast. We've only just moved in, so we were scrambling around trying to get bills with our new address on. IGNI were really patient and understanding. Today, the guys came to fit the boiler. They got here at 9.30am and kept going until they had finished. Initially we thought they might stop at 5pm and come back tomorrow, but they kept going until they were finished at about 8.15pm. They explained everything to me and were kind and polite. They installed the boiler, loft insulation, draught excluders, 3 extractor fans and a thermostat and took away all the old things. I was really anxious and they calmed my anxiety.

Luverly service, job well done & very helpful 👏 would recommend 💯
