Habe eine Uhr gekauft für 500 Euro die 10 bar hat nach zwei Monaten hat angefangen sich zu beschlagen als ich mich an iguana kontaktiert habe wurde mir gesagt ich soll die Uhr aufmachen und selber schauen das ich es wieder in Ordnung bringe natürlich habe ich das nicht gemacht da sonst die Garantie verloren gegangen wäre nach ewigen hin und herschreiben wurde mir dann doch Reperatur angeboten und nacht der Reperatur hat der nächste shock auf mich gewartet die uhr wurde mir an mehreren stellen zerkratzt zurückgeschickt nach dem ich das gemeldet habe wurde mir gesagt das die Kratzer von mir sind obwohl mann sieht die Kratzer auch am Deckel wo die Uhr aufgemacht worden ist wie sollte es an der Deckel Innenseite die eigentlich an der arm liegt Kratzer verursachen schlechtes Service und die Uhr ist auch nicht sein geld wert schade !!!!

Be aware you should check the availability of goods. There is a box to check if your item is in stock if not they will have to source the item which could take weeks. I bought a pen which I assumed was in stuck but it took 5 weeks for completion. I was kept informed but if I had known it was not in stock I would not have ordered it. I would use them again, it's a good service but I have learnt to check the item is in stock. Perhaps they could add a prompt to say item not in stock?

I am deeply disappointed, and frankly shocked by the attitude of Customer Service (Claudia). My Bauhaus watch, which is automatic, stopped working o a number of occasions even though I wore it 24/7. I missed an appointment once. I returned the watch as instructed - it was a very short time after the warranty by this time - and heard nothing more. Two months later, I emailed to enquire what had happened, and suggested a refund. No response. A further message two weeks later elicited the response that it was out of warranty, so no refund, and it could take up to FIVE Months for the watch to be repaired.
UPDATE - astonishingly (!), the day after I posted this negative review, Claudia contacted me to say that the watch was repaired and she was sending it. I now have the watch, which (so far) is working as expected. I have updated from 1 star to 3.
Update 2
So - the watch stopped working very soon after delivery. I'll cut a long story short but they are refusing to refund, hiding behind warranty limitations. Customer service, good will etc does not matter to these people. I have no recourse but to recommend that you avoid dealing with them

Unresponsive Customer Service
Request to return a pen received in complicated conditions after weeks. The site announces a possible return up to 30 days after the date of receipt. I made my request on the 25th day, they are still ignoring my request hoping that the 30 day deadline has passed.

Ich habe die Uhr am 10.08.24 bestellt, die Lieferzeit wurde mit 10-12 Tage angegeben.Nach einem Monat habe ich die Lieferung storniert!Danke PayPal.So arbeiten große Unternehmen nicht!!
