I ordered some tops with built in bra
I ordered some tops with built in bra. When I received the tops the built in bras were way out of proportion to the size of top. I contacted Iktops customer service. They responded immediately and advised that they have credited me back in full. Two days later I had my money credited to my credit card. I was so impressed with this honest customer service. They were great. Totally relieved my stress. I would definitely do business with this company again.

A company with a heart for others!…
I did not receive my products although it said it was delivered. I explained that I do not have the energy to take it up further as I am looking after my husband who is under hospice care and Iktops refunded me fully for which I am grateful!❤️

The material is super cheap. Wrinkles won't come out. Strings hanging off the hems...stitching coming off..and I haven't even work it. Came that way

The shirts were totally different
The shirts were totally different! One was heavy fabric and the completely different! One had little slits on the side and even on the bottom whole the other was a little longer in the back. I ordered two in different colors but they are different made. I was really disappointed. They show the fabric so soft but they are not!

The items took quite a while to arrive. Very disappointed in the quality of the items and the fit was awkward. I would return them but I don’t want to spend lots of time trying to deal with customer service. I saw other reviews and think I made a mistake purchasing from this company.

Fit isn’t working
I received my order m-ik 2510169. The 2 tanks don’t fit at all and There is no easy way to make a return. I have emailed the customer service address I found on my confirmation email but no response. I am generally a 6 or medium but I used their sizing chart and ordered a L. The arm holes are huge but the shirt is very tight and cups are small. I just want to return them and get a refund as I don’t think a different size will fit any better. I see reviews getting responses so I thought I would try this to get this done since customer service doesn’t answer.

Totally awesome tops
Totally awesome tops, look and fit great, my new favorites. I bought in 5 colors and gave 1 to each of my daughters and they love them too! Super soft buttery fabric, very well made and wash and dry beautifully. I’m buying the rest of the colors, these are now staples in my wardrobe.

Two tops that I didn’t order were added…
Two tops that I didn’t order were added and charged to me. I sent two emails asking for that part of the order to be canceled and the charge reversed. I had no response. I contacted PayPal to contest the charge and they say they are waiting to hear from the seller. I have not received the order yet so can’t comment on quality.
