Poor Customer Service. Non existant
I ordered the tops and was billed on June 20th. I received a notice saying that the items were delivered by a courier. However, the courier made an error and delivered my items to another address. I did not receive them. I contacted IK Tops 4 times to have the charge reversed to my credit card. I received no response.
I am very disappointed in the customer service and will not ever deal with IK Tops again.

The jumpsuits are nice… fit well and seem of good quality…. However I mistakenly purchased one in a size small which I asked you to swap it for pink jumpsuit in medium before the order went out several times and yet you did not… so I am disappointed with your customer service

Customer service is non existent don't buy!
Customer service is non existent! I received the 2 dresses I ordered and contacted company for either an exchange for a larger size or a refund. After 4 attempts contacting them by email per their return instructions on their website, i still have not had an answer or acknowledgement. There is no way to contact them except by email and I have checked and double checked to insure I was using the correct email and following their instructions. I am closing in on their 30 return policy. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO BE FRUSTRATED WITH THIER LACK OF NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT!

Wrong Item
I had ordered 4 different colours of the hollow out fringed cardigan: khaki, azure, black and army green. I did not receive the army green one; instead you sent me another khaki cardigan. So now I have 2 khaki cardigans and no army green one.
I do not want to do an exchange because I don't have the order number and it's too much of a hassle. What can you do to rectify this?

Iktops terrible & company doesn't allow returns
The iktops blouse looked lovely in the Instagram ads. In real life, the iktops blouse is terrible---cheap fabric & poor construction. I have sent 7 emails to their "customer service" called ClientPlus & received the same form email that provides no return information. I mailed it to the return address on the original package & USPS returned it to me saying that it was undeliverable. Am pretty sure this is a company in China. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Bad clothing. No customer service.
Iktops replied to this posting and asked me to contact them at a specific email address, which I did, providing them with the information they requested. They have not responded to my email. I suspect that their posting here was designed to show that they are responsive to complaints. But they do not reply to the new email. Their customer service remains terrible.
