Zero info from company to track package ordered two weeks so
I have never received an email regarding my order. I ordered it June 16th and I have heard nothing. I requested information about my order as I have no tracking number. I received an email back explaining how to track my order- which would have been helpful IF I had been given a number. I emailed that info back and simply received a response that said “don’t worry, it’s on its way”. still have not received my package and have no idea where it is if anywhere. So, not impressed.

I ordered a top shown on line with embroidered details.
I received a cheap imitation of the blouse with no embroidery. I have reached out to iktops to get return instructions, they have not responded.
I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Amazon should consider eliminating this company as a seller. Bad business.

I ordered 2 tops in mid May. The tracking number shows delivered however NOTHING has been received. I have reached out three times receiving the same automated email response each time. NEVER again will I order from this company!

I cannot comment on the product since it was not received but customer service, once you reach a person, is very good.

I am trying to return my order and have had zero luck contacting anyone. I submitted a request and haven't received a response. 6/30 update:
Received an email from someone apologizing and instructions on how to contact so I'm updating review to 2 stars for now. 7/6 I have sent two emails to rnchan029... and have received no reply. Changing my review back to 1 star. Very frustrated with this company.

The product was not as expected but got refunded
The product did not show up as expected for my friend, however working with customer service I was able to get a full refund.
The person I worked with via email was very good at getting back to me next day as they are in China.

Not as advertised
I just received the dresses that are always being advertised online. Like many other reviewers, the dress materials are two different materials. I ordered the dresses in a large. The one dress is so big that it's too big to be worn and the other dress is so short that it would not be acceptable to be worn. I spent over $90 on these dresses and they just need to get donated. I want a full refund. I've tried contacting the customer care support many times and I've not heard back from anyone. My order number is m-ik-2132891.

I can’t really review this purchase since I’ve not yet received my items even though it has been over 4 weeks since I ordered them. You really have to ask yourself how much you need something or how long you are willing to wait when your order from China. Very frustrating!

The Ads are very engaging and I “fell for it.” When my 2 tank tops finally arrived after what seemed like a long period of time (ordered Jun 6 and arrived June 18), I was very disappointed in the quality. The material seems really cheap (and looks that way) and the sizing is off. I ordered Medium, and they are too big. However if I based my sizing on their recommendations, that should have been the correct size.
I reached out to the “contact us” email to enquire about returning the tops, and did not get a response. I’m very disappointed in my purchases and would not recvinend them. I gave 2 stars because the colours are nice (I ordered green and pink).

I purchased a dress from them and when I sent in my order, I discovered I had been charged for two dresses.

Horrible built-in bra
I ordered two of the tank tops with the built-in bra and the quality was very poor. The fabric seemed nice however the built-in bra is horrible. It looks extremely unnatural when you put it on and it’s quite visible from the outside. I ordered Topps similar to.these from another company and the quality is far superb. I kept yours because your return policy is not a good one, but I will be throwing them out.
