If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would. Do not do business with this company. I ordered three tops. I never even received a confirmation or an order number for the first top that I ordered so there was no way for me to refer to it when I wanted to return it because it did not fit. Then I ordered two other tops that also did not fit, and I had to go back-and-forth with several emails. They asked me to take pictures of the tops which is absurd, no legitimate company asks you to do that. I contacted them the day after I received the tops it’s not like I waited or I wore them. I sent them pictures of the tops and now they’re telling me they will refund my money minus a charge because it has to go through several banks and institutions, whatever that means, and they did not disclose the amount of the charge. It appears they don’t even want the tops back because they never even gave me information on how to return them. This is a flyby night company that ships out of Ohio but I believe they are overseas. They should simply disclose on their website that they do not accept returns, and they would make everyone’s life a lot easier. I’m so angry I’m going to dispute all these charges with my credit card company if I can.

I was very disappointed in both the product and the shipping experience. I could not track the product and it took forever to get here. I ordered three of the tank tops with sewn in bras. Two of the three were defective- the bra in one was sewn in crooked and the other was sewn in too high so it didn’t fit right. All three were much lower quality than I expected.

I ordered a size small
I ordered a size small; they were too small so I ordered mediums and started the process of requesting a return. The email I got offered a ridiculous return (less then 50%) and to keep the shirts...that don't fit and I can't wear. I was asked if this was agreeable. I responded and asked where the return would be shipping to and that it'd like to know that before I make a decision. I ship daily and am pretty familiar with shipping costs, I highly doubt it would cost me all but the $1.29 or so they were offering me. (Ie they offered me a refund if that on an almost $30 shirt) The next email was "we've processed your refund" and thanking me for letting them make it right. I didn't agree to the refund. And their site clearly states they'll accept returns within 30 days of delivery, a window I was well within.
