I can not rate this fantastic little company high enough!
Every possible detail from beginning to end has been an absolute pleasure!
The plants arrived very quickly and were packaged perfectly.
All of them were beautiful, in fantastic condition and very healthy.
The prices and health of the plants are fantastic and will rival, if not beat, any of the bigger companies I’ve dealt with and I buy A LOT of plants from many companies.
But for me, what sets this wonderful little company apart from all of the others is the amazing customer service!
The hard work, love of what they do, and genuine care for making sure their customers are given above and beyond what they pay for really shines through and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than with this lovely little company!
I would definitely recommend them to every plant enthusiast and will DEFINITELY be purchasing more asap!!!

Fabulous experience buying with this small business. Lovely selection at budget friendly prices or those which love baby plants. Well packed without the usual soil everywhere when plants are delivered. Could tell there was lots of care to the plants and the packaging procedure. Was also thrilled with the little extra plant. In my opinion doing a better job than the big names, would highly recommend! Thankyou x

From an easy experience in the website with a wide variety of well priced plants some of which I am yet to find elsewhere to really fast despatch and delivery. The plants were packaged beautifully, far beyond expectations and in great health upon arrival. I had an issue with one of the plants (my own fault) and contacted Holly who was super approachable and helpful. She not only fixed my problem, but sent me out an info sheet so I knew how to take care of my new beauty.
I have already placed another order and will definitely be buying from Ilex Alba again. Highly recommended
