Frustrating…
You enquire about a property and they never get back to you. You can’t talk to someone on the phone or online chat as it’s all automated. How are you meant to ask further questions or book a viewing ? Really frustrating.

The service was excellent
The service was excellent. During the first visit Lee went through the process and the costs and I was happy enough to sign up there and then. Lee took photographs before he left which turned out to be not only perfectly professional but also enhanced with artificially added furniture and fittings. The house never looked so good! I had an offer after a couple of weeks and three months later and it's completing on Thursday. Thanks also to Sian who was in the charge of the sale. She kept me up-to-date throughout and it was always good speaking with her.

Wish I could award 10 stars to ilove homes for their very kind assistance and utmost professionalism in their dealings with me most recently. My search for a house to rent was plagued with anxieties and uncertainties resulting from broken promises by some other letting agents until my game-changing encounter with ilove homes. I got an instant response to my enquiry regarding a house they’d just advertised, and was plainly told “we would only contact you again if viewing arrangement is likely”. I was surprised when viewing was arranged within 2 days of my request and the house was taken off the market as soon as I made a deposit. In a nutshell, communication was very prompt and extremely satisfactory, and Brittany was always handy to respond to every question or concerns I had until the moment I gladly received the keys to the house in which I now live— very happily. Thank you ever so much Brittany 🙏🏻!

I would highly recommend I Love Homes…
I would highly recommend I Love Homes to anyone looking to sell their home. It always felt like they were working for me rather than the buyers, as some estate agents just went to sell as quickly as they can, regardless of what is best for the seller. I was never pressured to lower the price or accept an offer I wasn't happy with.
Lee and Anj in particular were very professional and personable at all times, in what was an extremely stressful situation for myself. Their persistence and hard work ensured that the sale went through.

Can’t say enough positive things about I Love Homes.
Lee and his team couldn’t help enough when I had to sell my mother in laws home. Lee gave a more than fair valuation and sold the property within a few weeks. At every step of the process that follows the team we’re always helpful and kept us informed. I had been told about the company by a friend who used their services regularly and said they were fair, helpful and competitively priced. Can’t recommend them enough. Give them a go!

Further to meetings and conversations with i love homes our extremely stressful renting problems were quickly and professionally rectified. The staff were more than helpful and so pleasant and understanding to our predicament.

Pictures of empty house when house has renting tenants living in there for years
Booked a viewing for a property in aldridge 3 weeks in advance because it was the earliest we could view due to the "vendor" being on holiday.
The pictures showed a completely empty property in aldridge - west Midlands. 4 bedrooms new looking carpets, freshly painted walls. From the pictures it was perfect for us as a family of 4. There would be work to make it what we want but perfect in the fact that we could move straight in.
Myself and my partner left our work places to go and see this property with the intention of putting an offer in straight away until the lady opened the door and the pictures were completely false.
The house had a damp smell. There was intact tenants living there and looked like they had been for 5 years plus even though the pictures showed it was empty. The Tennant advised us she was moving out because the owner was selling up which leads me tk believe the pictures on I love homes was from before which is disgusting and miss selling.
Myself and my wife were gutted but I was more angry that we waited 3 weeks and left work to view property with od pictures that have no representation of the property.
I will never view a house under I love homes again and I suggest if you are going to view a property via I love homes, ask them when the pictures were taken as they clearly are trying to miss sell to people.
This house was up for 299,995 which is an absolute joke.

Firstly, we would to apologise that you feel that your time has been wasted on viewing the property at Brookfield Road. We can certainly see where you are coming from with some of the points raised, but we would like to offer an explanation as there are some mitigating circumstances here.
The property was refurbished a few years ago and has obviously suffered from some wear and tear since then. It is our understanding that there has also been a leak (with some historic stains) and condensation in the property. When we were instructed to list this property, the vendor told us that the current tenants were due to move out and that the property would be redecorated and carpeted once they have vacated. This would then accurately reflect the accommodation available to purchase. We have certainly not intended to mislead anyone and as pointed out previously, the property will be made good once the tenants vacate. The owner is a professional builder with a number of qualified staff working for him, so he does have the capacity to remedy these cosmetic issues relatively quickly and fully intends to do so. Hopefully, this does demonstrate that what is being advertised is accurate (or will be once the tenants have vacated). I sincerely hope that this explanation does highlight that we have not intentionally meant to mislead anyone. In terms of waiting 3 weeks to view, I am afraid the access could only be arranged through the current tenants and they were on holiday and would not allow access unless they are present. Obviously, there is very little we can do under these circumstances.
As said previously, we do understand your reasoning, but hopefully you now have an understanding that there are some mitigating circumstances here. Anyway, we certainly wish you well in your property search and if we can help you in any way in the future, then please feel free to ask.
