I would highly recommend I Love homes…
I would highly recommend I Love homes to anyone. They've been looking after my small portfolio of properties for a number of years. Every member of staff is highly knowledgeable. Always provided great tenants. Rents paid on time. Maintenance issues resolved immediately. Regular property inspections.

Disappointing communication
I enquired about a house on Saturday, through their Chat system, and gave them all my contact details and was told they would get in touch. Chased them on Monday as I had heard nothing, and was told again that they would be in touch, but didn't know when?
Here we are on Wednesday, still no contact, if the house has gone, a little bit of courtesy would have been nice, as it only takes a few seconds to send a message☹️☹️

Dear Chris. We appreciate that it is important for any business to take on board constructive criticism in order to improve the services provided. You specifically requested a call back (on visitor chat) after 7pm. This is not possible as our working hours are 9am to 5:30pm. The property you enquired about clearly states 'Let Agreed'. Given that the property is not available, advertised as 'Let Agreed' and requesting a call back after 7pm is unrealistic. You have reviewed 31 different companies on Trustpilot and 29 of them have received a 1 star review. This means that 93.5% of companies you review do not meet your expectation levels. This is unbalanced, unrealistic and surely not representative of the entire business world. We are sorry that iLove homes did not meet with your expectations also, but can we please suggest that in future you request information on properties that are actually available and allow more flexibility on times to call you back. I’ve been using Ilove homes for the past year with my rental property.As I’m not In the country I needed someone I can trust and these guys certainly fit the bill . This is my first time renting out a property and Lee and his staff have made it all go smoothly

Excellent service
I first worked with Oliver Palmer when he sold me the flat that he is now letting out for me. I was impressed then by his efficiency and professionalism, and regretted that at the time I had given my word to a different letting agent. Unfortunately they proved very unprofessional, so I immediately thought of Oliver. Within a couple of hours he had taken control of both my properties and calmly resolved any problems. Everyone at ilove homes is very friendly, but Oliver is particularly reassuring: he seems to have the answer to (and can quote the relevant law regarding) any question I have. I am very impressed and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

Just returned from overseas needed a house ASAP. Went in to see I love homes Walsall and omg how amazed was I with the incredible service and kindness of these 3 staff members in this office.
Ollie. Charlotte and Nikki were just amazing friendly and helpful people who go out of their way to assist with all customer needs.
Even though I never got offered a cup of tea by Nikki 🤔.
These three people are incredible and I would recommend them to anyone who needs assistance with housing. Top quality service. This company needs to reward these three guys for their amazing work ethic and general kindness.

I was searching around trying to find the best price for tenant find, Dixon’s, purple bricks etc were all quoting £400-600 inc VAT which was extortionate. I came across ILOVEHOMES and found they did it for £199 including vat which is a no brainer. Lee owner came out on the day he was also moving house himself, so he sacrificed that to come and see me to start the process. The whole team was amazing, credit to Charlotte who was also having medical problems but still showed great work ethic to help me find a tenant in 5 days. This company provides a personalised family approach who I HIGHLY recommend to all landlords and tenants. Regards Abz p.s my next property I will be using you 100 percent
