As a broker, working with a packager can sometimes be difficult and frustrating however, Jill and her colleagues were brilliant. Fantastic service from Matthew Hall. I needed to get a loan for a new kitchen and Bathroom and needed it urgently. Matt has been amazing, always available, very clear with instructions on what is required and updates. The service was super quick and if I ever need another loan, I will always go back. Recommend 100%.

I would like to say a massive thanks to Roz Bailey for everything she did for me and my partner. From the very beginning I understood this was going to be a long process due to poor credit score issues and previous mortgage rejections. Impact put out all the stops and made it possible for myself and my partner to get a mortgage for our dream house (which we have been in for 2 weeks now). We started the process in February and got a completion date at the end of April. Thanks again for an amazing service.

We're so pleased that we came to James to help us remortgage our current property. With Masthaven repeatedly changing the goal posts and not knowing what their own solicitors were doing made it ridiculously over complicated and created numerous inconsistencies - the case actually took longer than a re-mortgage would normally take and 'Bridging' (especially at 50% LTV as it originally was) is meant to be easier and quicker I thought!?

Without your dedication Sue, the client would have walked away as, like me, she also felt the lender was being beyond pedantic. You often made, and took, calls after 6pm, always giving clarity to exactly where the case was in the process and to keep up to speed with every additional requirement as they came out one by one over numerous days/weeks.
