Excellent service

I have used these since I bought my house nearly 2 years ago and kelly and kevin are very helpful.

As first time buyers, we were finding the mortgage process quite daunting, especially as my husband has unique financial circumstances (self employed / contractor) so we decided to work with Impact and are so glad we did!!

Throughout the entire process, both Kelly and Kevin were incredibly supportive, knowledgeable and patient (especially with the many questions we had along the way!). They were always quick to respond and happy to explain everything in great detail (both on the phone and via email) which really reassured us and gave us confidence in our first home purchase journey!

Thanks to their help and efficiency, we were able to secure our mortgage offer within just a few days. The whole experience felt very smooth and was a lot faster than we were expecting!
