Excellent service

Just the most helpful and communicative people that we have dealt with throughout the whole process of buying a house. Honestly can’t recommend them enough. Roz, Kevin and Catherine all worked extremely hard and my emails were answered almost immediately every time. Really put my mind at rest and made everything so much easier. The brokers fees were minimal compared to other specialist broker services that we had got quotes from, and we would definitely use again if needed. Feel like they’ve made our dream of buying a house come true, when we never really thought it was possible!

Well, it’s been a hard time for me these last couple of months, I thought I was going to loose my home and it was awful. I contacted Kelly and between herself and Kevin, they helped me keep my home for myself and my children. We couldn’t be anymore greatful, this really has changed our lives for the better. Throughout the whole process both Kelly and Kevin have been prompt with their communication, I was kept informed the whole way through, nothing was too much for them and honestly, when I say they went above and beyond for me I really do mean that. After going through 2 different mortgage brokers before working with Impact I was feeling like getting the required mortgage was becoming impossible, working with Simon French he put in so much time and effort to get things sorted for me, never gave up, exploring multiple options eventually securing me a deal. He was quick with replies, kept me fully up to date with everything, extremely polite and professional and I will be recommending impact finance and more specifically Simon to anyone I know looking for a mortgage.

Where do I start! We was struggling to find a morgage and everywhere was declining us as we had a satisfied default less then a year. The places that would accept the default had extortionate percentages which pushed us out of affordability.

Thats until we contacted Kelly. From the very start she was amazing, bubbly and a genuinely lovely person to speak to. She was able to get declines turned into acceptances and we have just recieved our morgage offer in just over a month of speaking with her. Without Kelly we wouldn't have been able to do it. It was more then just business it felt like she genuinely cared about our situation and wanted to find a way through it for us.

I work shifts and sometimes I was unreachable as was my partner but Kelly was extremely understanding and worked around us and gave courtesy calls to keep us updated. Regardless of it it was during work or just after she had finished. She went above and beyond for us.

The fees are 100% worth it and I honestly couldnt rate her higher. If you are struggling and need a aip please please give impact a try specifically Kelly.

Kelly successfully arranged my mortgage for me having tried various other brokers. Kelly went above and beyond, taking the time to explore all avenues that were available to me until she found the best suited deal. She is clearly extremely knowledgable in the mortgage world, her advice was greatly appreciated, and my mortgage completed smoothly, without unnecessary delays. I wouldn't go to anyone else again.

Kelly and Jill were very helpful during the whole process of procuring my new mortgage - it was a pretty arduous, stressful procedure but they were generally prompt and responsive and if they didn't have an answer there and then, they had it shortly afterwards.
My only slight niggle is some of the questions they asked were repeated.
I'd filled out their 'Fact Finder' sheet at the beginning of the process but I still had phone calls/emails asking for information which they already had.
As I say, it was a slight niggle probably exacerbated by the fact I was stressing over getting a mortgage in place and on time but despite that, I'd have no hesitation in recommending ISF as a go-to for those 'trickier' mortgages.
