They've helped make the whole family very happy
Every mortgage adviser we spoke to before Impact said there was basically no way we'd get a mortgage for the house we really, really wanted. We were pessimistic, but Impact refused to be beaten, stepped in and worked really hard on our behalf. Somehow they found us a deal.
Without them there's no way we'd be in this house now - they've helped make the whole family very happy!

Erudite Expertise
Paul has been absolutely fantastic and I have used his services more than once. An expert who is ready to give his time, patience and work with you to find the best products available. I have used various mortgage brokers in the past but none are able to find deals as good as Paul does.
I have recommended him to everyone I speak to who is looking for a mortgage.

Kelly and Jill both brilliant so happy!
Both Kelly and Jill have been great so helpful and made the process stress free! After being told we couldn’t get a mortgage by every other advisor we had seen we had seen our hopes disappear until we spoke to Kelly who was positive and assured us she would find the right mortgage for us and we would be able to find our first family home. Kelly has been absolutely brilliant always on the end of a phone or email if you have any questions and always so happy to help we really appreciate them helping us find our perfect home and mortgage. Will definitely be coming back to use these guys in years to come! 100% worth every penny

Impact were amazing from day 1
Impact were amazing from day 1. Roz got in touch after we struggled to get a mortgage on our own and thought we would never be able to buy a house, she immediately reassured me and told me she had a lender in mind. We got a decision in principle so quickly and the application process was so smooth and she kept me updated regularly. Thank you so much!
