Great service and friendly staff.
We had a complicated case and nothing was too much trouble for Catherine and Melanie. Always responded to emails or phone calls and whole experience was brilliant.

Melanie at Impact Specialist Finance was a great help in progressing a recent mortgage case that had proved difficult to place - Speed was important after several setbacks elsewhere and she delivered, will certainly be using her and Impact again in the future

Impact got me quickly through the application process as I had tried other brokers without success so time was running out. They took all my details and matched me with a lender most suited to my needs. Communications were great as I was very stressed but they kept me up to date with progress. They seemed as happy as I was when we got word that the lender had agreed to help! I would highly recommend them if you have particular circumstances which have prevented you from receiving lending elsewhere.

Having spent months going through failed applications due to our property being near commercial property we contacted impact for advice. We were sorted in 3 weeks.

Kevin was a great help, he done everything possible for me. The only issue i had was at the start when i wasn't informed that i needed the Mortgage companies solicitors, which meant i wasted money for a different solicitors apart than that, Kevin was brilliant
