Disappointed this company kept emailing me saying they could do a claim for me and if I gave them my credit report info they would be able to go ahead. They then emailed me back once this was done saying they couldn’t and when I asked if they would delete the report I gave them they said they couldn’t. This has made me a bit worried as it’s my info.

Put my details in not expecting anything and received a call back stating I would be receiving hundreds in return

Impakt Claims make the whole process very easy and they are very quick to respond to any questions I had, they were able to get a response very quickly and got money in my account not long after the confirmed refund.

Impakt Claims helped me get over £1.3k back from loans that were granted irresponsibly to me a few years ago. Impakt raised my claim with the FOS and it took a few months to process but the really helpful staff kept me updated regularly throughout the whole process.
