I am speechless at the moment. I can’t believe this! All I can say is thank you so much Tom, thank you so much Krisha, they were fantastic. I lost all hope in getting my funds back, but impakt claims were so assured and dined till the last minute to get back my funds and with interest.

Being a victim of a devastating Scam out of carelessness, yet I was able to believe and dream again due to this outstanding Company called Impakt claims. I will advise to go with them, they know what they are doing. Never lose hope. Be genuine in your claim and then Impakt are the best to go with.

Fast efficient and professional with the best result

Wasted my time got all evidence forward had told them how much amount I got scammed asked for bank statements and chats showed them said due to the size payment we don’t believe the bank will uphold claim not sure why I bothered very disappointed just a time waste

Gang of crooks as most companies take a 25 % max cut these con artists take 40 - 50 % and they get your cash but hold onto it for ages would never use them again

AVOID AVOID AVOID AVIOD One Star is too much, I was mis sold products but as there wasnt enough interest in it for them to take their money they didnt proceed or help with any claims. Total waste of time. I asked for them to remove all my data and remove my permission to deal with my accounts and still getting emails. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY

Until the cold call I got, to be honest I never usually accept them, I had never heard of the company. Now I am so glad I took the call - the service is quick, simple and non intrusive - apart from signing a document giving them authority to act on my behalf I heard nothing until the call yesterday telling me they had won my claim. Can’t recommend Impakt Claims enough, they kept me informed throughout my claim and got me a fantastic result in a very quick time.

I started a claim with this company in April 23. I have had to contact them for updates as there is absolutely no communication unless I do. I have contacted them on 27th October no reply and again 11th November still no reply. They really need to look at customer service & communication for the percentage they take per claim.

Not having to do any of the work, I was talked through everything all I had to do was give answers. So easy
