Website easy to use and affordable. Product appears to be good quality (haven't installed yet). Shipped to the billing address instead of shipping address.

Quick delivery at a good price

We received really good advice over the phone on the product we were interested in. After purchasing the package arrived promptly and really well packaged to avoid damage during transit. On opening, the product was as represented and are really happy with our purchase. in2lighting were excellent to deal with and have no hesitation recommending them.

Cheap specialty light bulb received
They had a light bulb size I couldn’t find anywhere else for a cheap $13. Received my item in two weeks. However was confused why I received a notification that it wouldn’t be shipped for a month.

Thanks for your feedback, your item was posted on the 28/10/24 the next business day, it would have been nice if you could have contacted us to try and rectify the issue, I would have been more than happy to send you another one rather than just leaving negative feedback and making assumptions we dropship from TEMU which we absolutely do not.

Patrick answered all my questions, threw in the light bulbs and I basically received the lights the next day. I was delighted; an IP rating of 44 45 appears under rated for these fine quality lights. The stainless steel also matches the other exterior lights. Great buy!

I ordered 2 sets of lights to go in our planned new kitchen, the first set is 3 OCTO Matte Black Pendant Lights to go over the island. We were so impressed with the quality and the speed of delivery we ordered the OCTO Matte Black Pendant Light - 5 Lights to go over the dining table. I can’t wait to put them up.
